Came across Flippin pizza using a local Groupon to try more restaurants locally. Flippin pizza has a small storefront with a casual dining area probably seats about 15 or 20 individuals. Observed business on a Friday night and considerable amount of takeout /delivery orders. Ordered just the cheese pizza to really try & get the barebones taste experience. I really enjoyed the super thin and charred crust. The style would resemble New York City pizza and while the pizza itself was extremely large the slices and toppings were considerably thin and left something to be desired. The servers were attentive and ready to take customers orders. No difficulties using a Groupon via smart phone at the store. I would definitely recommend trying the garlic knots. As for the chicken wings they were just your chicken wings tossed in hot sauce & ranch dressing

Don’t attempt delivery, It took well over an hour for the pizza to arrive and of course it was cold. After several call their reply, “what do you want us to do about it?” In this area, there are far better options that understand customer service. Total fail.

Service is all well and good, but when you prompt them to do anything off menu they apparently have no idea what to do next. Substandard taste with an emphasis on presentation. Great for people who have never created a pizza or worked at a pizza place.

The pizza is not bad. It’s just hard to pick this over other pizza places in the area. Also a little on the pricey side. The decor inside, however, is pretty nice, as I remember.

I am eating this right now, and like one comment says like rubber. Also just a note please tip the pizza after it comes out of the oven (only works when it is hot) this will take most of the grease out.
