Really good pizza!! I’m from out of town and decided to get a pizza from a local business instead of a common chain. Great tasting crust and toppings, bacon was actual pieces and not crumbled chunks. Looks like it was freshly cooked today. Only regrets were that I didn’t find this place before my last night and didn’t get the bigger size, no leftovers for breakfast before heading to airport.

Usually don’t have any issues at this location, however, they missed the mark on this one. I ordered 16” Prosciutto and Arugula pizza original crust with no pine nuts. What I got was a half baked COLD PIZZA with pine nuts 50 cents worth of Prosciutto, thin crust, with lots of crust, Lots of crust because the toppings, I guess were scared to get close to the edge! $35 should buy a whole lot better pizza than this. I ordered it, said 20 minutes to pick up, I live 2 miles away, left after placing the order, it was ready when I got there, home 7 minutes later, COLD PIZZA with $2 worth of toppings! Seriously.

A few days ago, I shared a review about a disappointing experience during pickup. Today, the manager, Max, personally called me to apologize and talk about what happened. I could tell he was truly sincere and cared about making things right.
I’ve always had good experiences at this location, and I appreciate that the team took my feedback seriously instead of ignoring it. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they handled the situation shows real commitment to customer service.
Max was very polite and professional, I really value that they took the time to reach out — it shows they genuinely care about their customers.
This experience reminded me why I’ve always chosen this place. In my opinion, it’s still one of the best pizza franchises out there!

My girlfriend has always said this is the best pizza in the world, and since I live in Florida I had never tried it before. Now I can honestly say, she was 100% right. Without a doubt, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had.
To make it even better, when I got there Airen and Trevor were amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, even before tasting the pizza, I already knew it was going to be great just from the vibe those guys brought.

We ordered two individual pizzas online. I had the hot honey pepperoni and my husband had a ricotta, spinach and tomato pizza. We took photos after we started eating. (That is not grease in my box but hot honey that’s saturated the pizza through.)Both pizzas were delicious!!! When we went in to pick them up, we were greeted by two nice gentleman who made sure we had to go plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. You can’t skip this place when you visit Orlando.

Service was fantastic, the lady at the counter was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. The pizza wasn’t my favorite. The crust was nice and fluffy, and had a great flavor, however the pizza itself was too thin in the middle and all of the toppings fell off.

Delicious pizza made from quality ingredients. Take note though, it’s a take out place only. There’s no seating. Everything we had was really good and prices were reasonable. Lots of free parking and located in the Sunrise Plaza.

I was looking for a different pizza place while visiting the Disney area to take back for the family to enjoy that wasn’t your typical chain pizza joint. I would highly recommend. Great pizza, pepperoni rolls, and bread sticks. Also the lady up front was very kind with very pleasant customer service. I would definitely go back.
