I always do a lot of research for local places to go eat when we travel. Found this one on google maps and it did not disappoint. Flipdaddy’s is located in a shopping center not far from where we were staying at the FMCA Campground here in Cincinnati.
Enjoyed our experience at Flipdaddy’s for a Wednesday night dinner. Started off with a local brewed IPA by Rhinegeist brewery called Truth. Very good hoppy fruity IPA. We did not get an appetizer but the El Paso Burger with red peppers, fresh salsa, lettuce and queso chipotle mayo did not require an appetizer to fill me up.
Service was spot on and they have Trivia on Wednesday evenings. Loved the way the restaurant looked inside.

Fantastic food. The fried mac and cheese was unreal and the burgers were awesome. The beer selection is top notch as well, and they were welcoming for our dog. If we’re ever back in the area, this is a certain stop!

I had the Chuck Norris burger & thought it was really good. The pretzel bites with beer cheese were great. Also thought it was neat to be able to order a sampler of beers. Even tho’ the service was only mediocre we will probably go back.

From the fried pickles to the burgers you’ll get your money’s worth. Fried pickles are crunchy, have a hint of tanginess, and come two ways shoestring and sliced. The burgers, made to order come in a variety of ways including a goetta burger and are served with an amazing ketchup (see pic). My favorite item was the southwestern egg rolls, yum.
