Flip Side in Breckenridge continues to be one of our go-to restaurants every time we’re in town, and this visit was no exception. The atmosphere is great, with three levels of seating that make the space feel lively but never cramped. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, even with how busy it can get.

The milkshakes are amazing—on this visit I had the Salted Caramel Milkshake, and it was absolutely spot on. We also ordered the Red Door Burger and the Chili Pepper Burger, which were excellent as always—consistently well-cooked, flavorful, and satisfying.

We tried the Mac & Cheese with BBQ Beef Brisket, and while the portion was generous, it was overwhelmed by BBQ sauce, to the point where there was no cheese flavor at all. The staff handled it perfectly, though—we sent it back and ordered the Smash Burger Special, which was fantastic and more than made up for it.

Great food, great service, and a fun multi-level setup make Flip Side a place we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend when visiting Breck!

Hey all well I’m in Colorado on vacation. Let me start by saying if you come to Breckenridge you must try this place We have the bbq brisket Mac n cheese amazing the flavors perfectly aligned. The bison burger tasty !! So good !! Plain Mac n cheese was real good too. The chilli so tasty and comforting. You must stop and try this place you won’t regret it !! Right on Main Street.

This place was awesome! The burger and fries were amazing and they had many gluten-free options! They even have a dedicated fryer. We sat outside so I’m not sure of the indoor atmosphere, but the patio was nice and we enjoyed the views as we eat. Overall a great experience!

Visiting Breckenridge, coming from Fruita CO. Walked the main street for shopping and stopped in to the Flip Side for some food. We were greated quickly and sat within 10 minutes. Fun environment and unique place. The menu had some great choices. Something for everyone in our party of 5 (3 kids, 12,13 and 17). I really enjoyed the Bison burger! Clean place and good service. This place is definitely worth checking out!

Flip Side in Breckenridge is a must-stop spot for anyone looking for a great meal in a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted and seated almost immediately, and the service only got better from there. Our waitress kept our drinks full the entire time and was incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive.

The burgers were absolutely out of this world — packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Every bite was delicious, and it’s clear they take pride in the quality of their food. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend stopping in for a solid lunch or dinner. You won’t be disappointed!

Loved the Bison Chili and the Bison burger (my friend had the burger and loved it)! Our server was very attentive and the restaurant had a nice, calm vibe. Our server was so nice and informative when we asked her about gluten free items, since my friend has Celiac. A very accommodating restaurant if you have dietary restrictions.

The food here was very tasty and all burgers were cooked to order. I ordered the Buffalo burger and it was fantastic. I also tried the chicken sandwich (very big, juicy and Cole slaw really made this sandwich), I took a bite of various other burgers and was not disappointed in any. The pad Thai was surprisingly tasty and well executed. Fries were average. Service leaves something to be desired.

My bf and I are on a family vacation, and we chose this place for a date night. SO HAPPY we chose it. The building was awesome: three floors, decorations were fitting, and it was poppin’. We were sat in a corner, which is cool bc we enjoy people watching. Got our burgers ordered, and they were INCREDIBLE. I got the Local Legend Smashburger and he got the Royale with cheese. Highly recommend this spot to anyone that loves a good gourmet burger.

Editing to add: We loved this place so much that we got it another time while we were in Breck! However, this time we had takeaway, and it was just as good as getting it in person. They actually put our toppings on the side so we could add them ourselves, which made the burgers PERFECT. The fries were also still warm and crispy, which I wouldn’t expect from takeaway. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Colorado again. It was absolutely delicious BOTH times.
