We found this place about a year and a half ago. We were staying in Tampa looking for the best crepes In the area and it lead us to Saint Petersburg, and we were not disappointed.
Delicious food we revisited last weekend and Rafael created a bubble waffle type cone grandchildren loved it. I love the classic waffle so delicious.Nutella crêpes can’t get enough of them.
And my favorite the Italian crêpe so delicious if you like pesto ask him to put pesto. He puts just enough pesto where it doesn’t overpower the other flavors but helps enhance them.
I highly recommend Taking the short drive from Tampa to Saint Petersburg to enjoy this delicious food. Raphael was great.

Best Crepe We’ve Ever Had – and gluten free!!!
GF Italian crepe – no mushrooms. He added pesto and spinach for us!! We could split the crepe because it is so stuffed!! I am very picky with chicken but there were no weird pieces at all. My sister is gluten free and has tried many crepes…she said this is hands down the best.
The owner is so incredibly nice. The place was so clean, decorated perfectly, and the food was amazing.

Randomly popped in here and glad we did! They have so many GF options including quiche and all the crepes can be made GF. I had the BEC gf crepe and it was very good and such a large portion I could only eat half. The cappuccino was also good! Will definitely come back to try the quiche! The service was also great and friendly!

Hands down the best crepes I’ve ever had! The owner made then for us fresh with the best tasting ingredients. We got the Strawberry cheesecake crepe which was phenomenal, so I was shocked when we liked the flambe crepe even more. I was thoroughly impressed. We also ordered a almond milk matcha and Hawaiian latte. Both were nice and light, resting fresh and homemade not loaded with sugar. The atmosphere is elegant and we truly felt valued. We will happily be visiting flip everyone we take a trip to downtown St. Pete.

Recently stopped at Flips for what I thought was just a crepe and waffle stop… while out walking, my aunt stopped in front of the shop because of a picture she saw outside. She said “ I want that” and pointed to something cone shaped that looked really good. We walked in and ordered 2. She ordered the salted caramel and I had the Dubai chocolate. When they came out they both looked like ART! It was something called a bubble waffle shaped like a cone, with drizzles of this and that, pistachio ice dream, strawberries and homemade whipped cream. I COULD NOT STOP EATING IT! Do yourself a favor and stop by to eat the various flavor options with the bubble waffle!

Something for everyone. Today we had savory crepes. Generous portions, quality ingredients and attentive service. I’m gluten free and the care that was taken to make sure the cooking stone was clean really impressed me. Highly recommend.

Ate some truly delicious food at this amazing place. Had the Savory Nordic Crepe filled with delectable smoked salmon, dill sour cream, capers, red onion and topped with spring salad mix. We also had the savory Breakfast Crepe filled with cheese, eggs, ham, mushrooms and onions. And cannot forget about the tasty Nutella Latte for our beverage. Both crepes were so big that we took half home for a delightful breakfast the next day. The place is small with only a handful of tables, but definitely worth the food experience.
Update: had another delicious crepe- this was a sweet one with Nutella, bananas and strawberries. Absolutely fantastic. This time I ate the whole crepe Highly recommend

Wow!! I can’t begin to explain how great this was. My friend and I biked from across the city to try this place without realizing it opens at 9:30. We got there about :25 min early. They saw us and opened up! They were so friendly and the food was incredible! We ordered savory crepes and the quality of the food was amazing. The coffees were also delicious. Definitely somewhere you want to check out! And to support these guys that clearly care about doing things the right way.
