Had a fun time with friends eating some amazing BBQ at the Flinthills Smokehouse! We were seated quickly, our waitress was awesome! The place is very clean! The food was priced reasonable for the quantity that you got! I basically left there totally full! The owner is very nice and chatted with us at our table! So glad we ate at this place!!! Can’t wait to go back! Definitely would recommend this…. and they have burnt ends!

Stopped in with some friends tonight. I had never been here before so I was excited to sample. First, cheese fries were delicious. Fries on their own were exceptional but the in house made cheese sauce put it over the top. No exaggeration, these were the best onion rings I have ever had. Firm breading while not being greasy. My wife is gluten sensitive so she got the Maple burger with no bun. She gets it with no pink (don’t ask) and LOVED it. I had a great Philly cheesesteak. I tried the burn ends and they along with BBQ sauce were really good. I cannot stress how good everything was.
As far as service, it matched how good the food was. The little things like specifying our order (pink or no pink on a burger) and wearing masks and gloves at all times. They constantly checked last on our food, drinks, etc.
I have not been as impressed by a first visit in a long time. My wife is already wanting to bring her family back

We stopped in on our way traveling to Manhattan, not far from the highway at all. Super friendly staff, I had the brisket and sausage, brisket was good and I thought the sausage was phenomenal. I will definitely visit again next time I have a chance.

It’s not BBQ but… It has the best smoked brisket, pork and turkey I’ve had in a long time. They have a good selection of sandwiches and entrees. Cheesecake for dessert is to die for. Very clean, classy place. Babbs does it right!

Where do I start? Cold beer, great BBQ and burgers. You might call ahead to make sure if BBQ is being served that day. BBQ from what we understood is not always on the menu. Very friendly service and great family owned restaurant! Congratulations and we hope for continued success to the Babb family.

We have had several meals at Flint Hills Smokehouse and everything was terrific. Food quality and service was first rate. We have also purchased brisket by the pound and served many hungry recipients.
The brisket, catfish, and chicken-fried steak are exceptional and you have to try the pretzel bites and white queso… not your average pretzel bites! The cheesecake was also fantastic.
We were greeted by the owner, Mike, each time we have dined at the Smokehouse and Devonte was outstanding at providing our family with everything we needed.
Great place for a great meal and a great value… try it! See you there.

Disappointing and not worth our hour drive out there. Lacks atmosphere and we wish our server was more knowledgeable about the menu. Descriptions would be most appreciated, even on a limited menu because not everyone lives in Maple Hill and are frequent visitors. We were told you had a BBQ menu but didn’t get any more information aside from meats available. Do these come as platters? Sandwiches? Loose meat on a plate with sides? 3 gentleman came in after us and ordered Ribeyes. Even if it was yesterday’s special it would’ve been nice to know it was an available option. I ordered the catfish – it was good but one filet wasn’t very filling. My husband did order burnt ends and we could tell they were being held in a slow cooker. Sorry, but I don’t think we’ll be making a return trip

We thoroughly enjoyed the Bar-B-Q Special this evening. We had a delightful, helpful and attentive server and the Owner came out of kitchen to check with everyone to make sure they were well taken care of and enjoying their meals. We will be going back.
