Definitely a fun spot for fancy drinks. The area is pretty loud and echoey, but the decor is neat. Food is fancy so some acquired tastes needed. Not a go to for me, but definitely an experience. Server was fun and personable.

We had the best dinner date night here. The food creations are so unique and delicious and the whiskey selection is out of this world. Ambience is one of a kind. Small and cozy space. We also tried their jerky and that was pretty awesome too. To go along with that, our server was FANTASTIC. Just overall a great experience.

Last night my husband and I visited Flight West for our anniversary. I have to start by saying the food was devine! Melt in your mouth delicious. The menu items were creative, modern and locally sourced. I follow this restaurant on facebook and they have creative weekly special themes, I really enjoy that. I chose this restaurant for the atmosphere, whiskey/bourbon specialty and the octopus dish. The atmosphere was exactly what I expected, it felt welcoming and warm but still very upscale. I gave four stars because FW was out of the octopus I’d came for and also two bourbon choices. I asked for a recommendation for a buttery bourbon and was told no, they did not offer an alternative option or ask for more detail, just a no with no suggestion. I would have given a three star but the food was so very good and the atmosphere is one we’d visit again. Also the price point was very reasonable for a date night location. The food portions were perfect for the occasion as well. We will be back to try the octopus.

Food was excellent, service was pleasant and the atmosphere was great. But the real reason you go is the bourbon selection (unless you’re there for the wine I suppose, I can’t speak to that). The selection is awesome, I was able to try a few flavors I have not otherwise been able to enjoy! I will certainly return..

I visited flight west last week to celebrate my Birthday with a friend.. the atmosphere, drinks, waitress & food ( I woke up thinking about the seafood cioppino- chef’s kiss) were amazing!! This place is a diamond in the Roc, thank you for a great experience!

Mercedes and Bernadette are the best. Not only are they amazing bartenders who make amazing drinks, but they are absolute sweethearts. If they make a recommendation, I highly suggest you take them up on it. And the food here is amazing. From the pretzel to the charcuterie board to the empanadas to the desserts. Everything is fantastic.
