Avoid brunch here! We went here a few weeks ago for dinner and had a fantastic experience, so thought we would try brunch. We were incredibly disappointed!
The menu was very small – only about 6 items. Many items shown on the web site (which was one of the reasons we went) weren’t available.
I ordered a bloody Mary which was all ice (see photos). They initially put it in a rocks glass with a huge ice cube that the ok up almost the whole glass. Then they dumped it into a pint glass that was all ice (see photos).
The food was OK, nothing special. The service was good and very attentive, but the server kept asked asking us the same thing. I think we each told her 3 times that we didn’t need cream or sugar for our coffee. There were only 3 other couples. Now we understand why.

We’ve been here a few times over the past three years. The food is fabulous for the most part as well as the drinks, but a little off the mark on the latest visit. Our steak au poivre was overseasoned with pepper and the Pistachio Standard cocktail did not deliver any pistachio flavor. The wings, pretzel bites, bread pudding, Dubai cake, Bad Blood cocktail and scotch were on point. Sonia, our server this past visit, was excellent and our other visits had great service as well. It’s always a lively crowd and it can get loud, especially with the music, but you can still have conversations without shouting. If you are going to call anything in the Town of Greece an elevated dining experience, this is it.

I love this place!!! I have been twice, and it was even better than the first time. Their food is the best in Rochester. The Chef and Sous Chef are amazing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The best drinks in town as well. Great atmosphere. I will be back again and again.

I celebrated my sister’s birthday by attending their Sunday brunch. It was amazing!!! Everyone’s food was delicious and the mimosa flight was very tasty. As usual great staff and atmosphere. We will be back!!!

This place was an unexpected find. My husband and I were staying in Greece for the night. We planned to go into the city to find some unique dining but the weather was not cooperative. Just when we thought we’d have to settle for typical suburban chain restaurant fare, we discovered Flight West. Don’t let the location fool you. I was skeptical with it being sandwiched between a Dunkin Donuts and Zoom Tan in a shopping center. But once inside the atmosphere was anything but the typical suburban fare. The drinks were superb and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend the kung pao calamari and braised beef tacos, and can’t wait to return to try other items. We loved the vibe, diverse crowd and excellent cuisine and drinks. You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to go back to Rochester just to eat there again!

Very well done!! Exactly what you would want to experience in a “wine, whiskey and kitchen” establishment. Service and food were, of course, excellent. They managed to take an expansive selection of wines and spirits and make them very approachable with creative flights and cocktail suggestions. This is the place to try something new.

Stopped in to Flight West while visiting Rochester on the recommendation of a friend here in town. It’s location was a surprise… but immediately got comfortable once we stepped inside. We were immediately greeted by hostess/mixologist Sadie and sat at the bar. We had some great pours and conversation with Skye and an excellent espresso martini made by Sadie. Poutine app was great and our food was also excellent including a stellar burger and spicy, maple salmon special. Phillip kept our water glasses filled, and was super friendly too. Great service, atmosphere, and bourbon selection. Will definitely be back.

My husband I and went here last night and Gigi was our server and was fantastic! She made recommendations and checked back with us multiple times to see how everything was. I ordered the wagyu filet, 10/10! We also had the braised beef tacos and wings, they were also amazing. I cant not wait to return for anther great meal!

We’ve been here before, and it was very good but we couldn’t really afford to go back. We went for my wife’s birthday and it blew us away. The new owner is really attentive and very friendly. The food is PHENOMENAL and at a great cost (definitely worth it). The espresso martini was the best I ever had, and the head chef Josh Warner is one inventive, caring, and hard working individual. Truly a hidden gem in Greece. Great for small bites, food, or high quality drinks. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food, fantastic service, and a monster drink menu. Hickory smoked Asian wings, braised short rib poutine, and warm crab dip were all 10 out of 10 for us. Server was super friendly and accommodating. Didn’t feel rushed or neglected which is right at the sweet spot in my opinion. Great atmosphere.
