First off, you can not beat the service here. Everyone was very professional and timely. I had the bone marrow as an appetizer, and it was fantastic. The rich flavor reminded me of fresh morel mushrooms. I had the chef’s flight for my main course. It was underwhelming, to say the least. Overall, it lacked flavor, although everything other than the lobster roll was cooked well.

I took my wife and son to Flight Restaurant to celebrate our 19th Anniversary. The food was amazing. The service was top tier. Our server Miranda was excellent. She explained how the flights worked, helped us with our orders, made sure that we were continually satisfied, and had our vehicle brought around while I was paying the check so that we didn’t have to wait for the Valet. Honestly, the experience was a 5 star experience. I only gave it 4 stars due to the extremely limited drink menu for minors. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely amazing service at Flight. The food was great, the people were nice. My one complaint is that it was a bit loud. But the place was packed, so it didn’t bother me too much. All in all, be sure to stop at Flight if you are ever in Memphis.

We wanted a high end restaurant to finish off memorial day weekend and we were not disappointed. The staff was excellent and treated us like long time customers even on our first visit. The food was nothing short of excellent. They have a unique way of ordering when the dinners are served in smaller portion flights that you get to enjoy. I was afraid this would result in small little dishes but the overall portion was good and we combined it with appetizers that really set the pace. I also would mention that the staff were very patient with our babies that needed a nap. Definitely would visit again when in the area.

I had a great birthday dinner here!! Everything was top notch from the valet service to the food. This was our first time here and we were not disappointed. Everyone was so friendly. Our server was wonderful. He went over the menu in great detail. If we weren’t happy with something he replaced it. The Chilean Sea Bass was OMG delicious!! A must have!! The Short Ribs was so tender and the Diver Scallop was the best I ever had! You must come here especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

I got the steak flight, it was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the Bison but the Elk was good, it’s suggested that you get a reservation I had to eat outside and the mosquitoes were horrible. My waiter Jamison was very knowledgeable about the menu and very polite, I’ll definitely be coming back when visiting Memphis!

Set a reservation for our 11th wedding anniversary in the wine cellar and had a great time. I’d give this a 5 star rating just on service, Jack, our waiter was the best server we’ve ever had. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the menu, make sure to ask for him if you go. The food was amazing. We’ve been before and decided to try totally different things this time around and everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great. I highly recommend this place

I love the flight concept of the restaurant; it’s perfect for those who like to try a little of everything. Dinner in the wine cellar was definitely a mood The dessert flight was my favorite as the portions are normal size! The crab cake was perfection! The sea bass, shrimp and grits, bbq shrimp, lobster ravioli, and braised short ribs were good as well. When it comes to the chicken and waffles, I wish it would have come with some syrup drizzled on top. You can also mix and match your flights!! The island margarita was very refreshing. Flight is a must stop while in Memphis!

Fantastic food and concept and we had the best server! We sat right by the door so I may be underestimating the atmosphere but I’m grateful they took us on short notice. We tried a lot of flights and loved everything. Highly recommend!
