Such excellent food but the last three times I’ve been there they made substantial mistakes with simple things like the missing onion rings that were printed on the email order and they consistently forgot our written order for extra dipping sauces that were plainly seen on the online order. We always tip well ahead of time but we had to provide our card again for their confusion about the sauces. The food is totally delicious but the neglect to the written online order and charging us for the extra sauce that was clearly written on the online order was frustrating and caused us to wait while the excellent food got cold.

Had to try out the new ownership and the place has become an absolute GEM for me… all of the food I’ve tried has been delicious and this place can’t do no wrong. The pizza/cheese-steaks/potato salad/wings ect, are delicious and the list goes on!
I’m so grateful that they’re open late because it really helps me out when I get off work late on Sundays… the costumer service is on point, very friendly people

They gave the wrong salid abd charged m e $32 for 2 DINNER salads which should have been $11. Dollars for 2.
I called the the next day cause no one would answer the same day I ordered they answered the next day they stated that the supervisor would call and it 3 days later no call , but i called and called no would picked when I got transfer. I just want my credit back , plus the salad were gross looking. And to the own JD # 83 Thursday morning at around 1 am. Very rude to hang up on a customer plus the remember my order..NIT HAPPY ..

One of those old hometown got to go places. Got to bring your friends here got to at least eat the pizza once a month or less however you choose it. Karaoke pool tables they got pull tabs Pizza next door at the flight deck Pizza Delicious fun times!!

ordered salad and phyilly with fries.
they put in same plastic bag which is dumb and tied it in a knot. I wanted to check order but I was hungry and believed they were responsible. though putting a cold item and hot item in the bag should have been my first clue.
I got it home and no fries. its below zero and I just worked all day.
I called and got a human then they hung up on me after asking my name. I told them and my order number. and was really friendly I said I couldn’t come back tonight obviously. he said no problem. and they hung up or the phone did. but they have my number. I tried them a few more times and no answer. now im really irritated at how this was handled and the fact they put cold in with hot food. I was gonna ignore it but now ive leveled up. don’t trust them. kitchen was dead and dishes were sky high and they can’t get their ducks in a row.

Finally tried Flight Deck Pizza after eyeing it forever, and wow… this pie is less “slice of pizza” and more “extreme sport.” They absolutely pile on the sauce and cheese — like, respect to whoever is running the cheese shovel back there — so much that the first two-thirds are a fork-and-knife workout. Try to pick it up too soon and the toppings will slide off faster than a plane coming in hot on the deck. The crust is decent, very chain-pizza vibes, nothing offensive. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still crushing this thing (see embarrassing photo evidence), but it’s heavy enough that I’m 50/50 on whether I’ll be full or in a food coma later. Overall: perfect bar pizza when you’ve had a couple drinks and want something close, hot, and cheesy. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but definitely one of the most memorable engineering feats in cheese distribution I’ve seen.

Coming here was the Best food decision I made all year. My only regret is I didn’t check this place out sooner.
Great Burger, great portions, fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back here any time I get a burger craving in the future.
Also the Kitchen looked pretty clean, this is the sort of place I’d feel comfortable working in if I was still a cook.

Frequent flyers at the Flight Deck, have been for years but today we were a bit disappointed with the service we received.
Received a text stating our order was ready and it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered.
You can’t tell me the pizza is fresh when I was told it was ready at least an hour ago…..
Figure out your AI system, gotta tell ya talking to a real person makes a BIG difference and you avoid these difficult situations.

Great Pizza at Great Price! I ordered the Meat Lovers, the pizza was Hot, Fresh, and packed with Flavor. Plus, this establishment is open late at night and early into the morning. I will definitely be a returning customer!
