Had a great fine dining experience overall. The ambiance and atmosphere were excellent (5/5) and made the evening feel special. The food was good but a bit mixed – the chicken with extra seasoning was flavorful, while the lobster and crab legs were just okay. The chocolate cake was enjoyable but slightly dry. Still, the overall experience was wonderful and worth visiting.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, and Patrick G truly made it exceptional. He was professional, warm, and very attentive throughout the evening. What really stood out was how kind and patient he was with our kids he made them feel welcomed and comfortable.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and our waiter Patrick made the experience absolutely perfect. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our night special.
We’ve been to other upscale steakhouses like Mastro’s, but Fleming’s truly stood out, both in terms of service and food quality. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and the staff made us feel appreciated the entire evening.
Patrick went above and beyond and definitely deserves recognition (or even a promotion!) for the way he represents the restaurant. Great job to him and the entire team for making our anniversary dinner memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My partner and I went here for our anniversary and it was both of our first times at a steakhouse. Our server Ulysses was kind and helpful with the menu and checked up on us throughout the night. Prem also was very thoughtful and provided us with a little extra something for dessert at the end of our meal.
We got the filet mignons (bone in and without), the flemings potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. It was hard to pick a favorite! We’ll definitely be coming back for another special occasion in the future

What a bright and beautifully classy entrance and open bar seating. My server was Matt and his assistant was John. They were very attentive, providing excellent and professional service. I ordered the fillet-medium. I was surprised that it was very dry when chewing it but definitely cooked perfectly. No juice was dripping from the steak. The lobster tail ended up getting cold and no butter was served with it. The scallops..the highlight of plate cooked perfect and flavorful. The Mac-n-Cheese was amazing! Ohhh and the brownie was great too ! I will return in hopes that the steak quality has improved.

What is the chef or restaurant manager at a $$$$ restaurant thinking when serving a main course (not a soup) in a deep bowl?
Perhaps they think: “This will look impressive!” (In reality, it doesn’t).
The cutlery kept sliding down to the bottom of the bowl, especially once there was less food in it.
And just look at the micro greens: simply tossed on top of the scallops, so I had to
“dig them out”. It looked messy rather than refined.
I didn’t like the presentation of the “Lobster Bisque”.
First: The rim of the bowl was dirty. It looked careless.
Second: The soup spoon was placed on the left, not the right. Sloppy.
The steak was good. The recommended lava cake was salty. The staff were friendly and tried their best.

We had such an amazing experience at Fleming’s! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely exceptional. When we made our reservation, we noted it was our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary card and a sweet treat for my husband and me—it was such a wonderful touch that truly made the night memorable.
A special thank you to our server, Angelina—she’s the best! Her attentiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening.

The waiter was very nice and polite. The service however was horrible . My friends and I asked for non alcoholic drinks. We all got alcohol, I would have cared less but we are all allergic to alcohol and the experience was not good.

I took my partner here for he’s past birthday. We have been here so many times and we love the food. This time it felt different. As we are aware that this place can be pricey, we expect the best customer service. This day we had to continuesly be asking for things or else we wouldn’t get them. Such as utensils, bread, missing items and refills. It was he’s birthday celebration and I wish i could have went back and chose another place it was quite disappointing, we come here all the time and spend lots of money and wish we could have gotten good customer service. Some of the food came before the rest and by the time the rest came the other food was cold. It made everything non enjoyable. They took an extremely long time for everything. Not sure if it was because of how we looked but others was getting checked on back to back. The waiter missed on a good big tip from us. We love to be generous but not when is not reciprocated i spent over $300 this day
