Fleming’s is a delicious steakhouse. Located on the south side of Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, they serve premium-cut steaks, delicious sides, amazing bread, salads, and more. The inside of the restaurant has an upscale look and vibe to it, which I really like; yet it also does not have a requirement to wear anything fancy, which I kind of love. I had the Filet Mignon this time and some mashed potatoes. The filet was cooked very well (I got medium rare) and tasted delicious. The mashed potatoes were really good, although I felt like they were a little bland. They definitely could have used a bit of seasoning, but they were still good regardless. The food actually came out pretty fast, which was awesome. The service was also good. Our server was nice and attentive. We came on a Sunday night, and to my surprise it was not super busy there. I would say that the noise level was good tonight. I would recommend that you get a reservation in advance on OpenTable if you don’t want to have to wait when you get there, but you surely don’t need to if you’d prefer to go shopping while you wait there. The price point is premium though as it reflects the high quality ingredients, so that’s something to keep in mind. I do think this place is great for date nights, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, or any other special occasion. I would recommend this restaurant if you like steak and live nearby or are visiting.

Took my Pumpkin for a father daughter sweet 16 dinner. She has never been to a high end establishment before. I wanted her 16th birthday to be extra special. She had the 8oz filet mignon with a baked potato. I had the 11oz filet mignon with lobster tail and a side of asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. I also had a cocktail “strawberry fields.” Very tasty. Vodka didn’t overwhelm the overall flavor which made it more enjoyable. For dessert we shared a lava cake with two scoops of rich vanilla ice cream. Our server Brandon also brought a box of chocolates and a candle for her to blow out. Not to mention they also had happy birthday confetti spread out on table for her. Brandon was a superstar and helped make the experience memorable. His attention to detail was top tier. Every staff member that came to the table also wished her a happy birthday. She felt very special and that was the end goal. Thank you Fleming’s for a remarkable experience

Had our anniversary dinner here. It was super busy, bar was packed, but we got seated right around our reservation time. The 2 managers definitely told us happy anniversay several times dn we were treated to 2 complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate. Our server was excellent and attentive, but not overbearing which was nice. Food was good as always but i have two critiques: Flemmings got rid of creamed spinich and replaced it was creamed corn…this is a HUGE mistake and I always look forward to creamed spinich when I go to a steakhouse. Instead of that, we got the Flemmings potatoes which were cold and flavorless. The steak made up for it as it was delicious and had it topped with the diablo shrimp. Overall I recommed a visit, just make sure you have a reservation, especially on the weekend.

Overall pretty good steakhouse. We got the dry aged prime rib, which was flavorful and tender, but it wasn’t the best steak I would say I’ve ever had in my life. Got the seared scallops, which was very soft, although a little bit strong seasoning with the parsley. The Brussel sprouts were a good side that were cooked thoroughly and had a good flavor. The Manhattan cocktail and espresso martini were both pretty strong and had a good taste. Service was great! It wasn’t above and beyond, but service was attentive, just not like change your napkins out type of service. Atmosphere was cool, dim, lighting, some art, but the layout was pretty standard restaurant. Good steakhouse.

I visited on a Monday night for my birthday dinner. They had a birthday card signed waiting on the table for me which I think was so thoughtful. Im bad at names so I cant remember the name of the server but he was very helpful and answered all our questions. They were super attentive to us! The food was so good. There were two items we didn’t like and they comped it without us even having to ask. I got the bone-in ribeye medium well and it was so tender and flavorful. I couldn’t finish it and I brought it home and heated it up in the microwave and it was STILL tender! The mac and cheese was delicious! The double breasted chicken was delicious. They are kinda expensive so i will probably only be back for special occasions but i will for sure be back!

I love this location. Specially today’s dinner. It was a 10/10. Every person that helped us or provided a service was polite and personable and accommodating to our needs. I appreciate their professionalism in the business of serving food and making memorable moments unique because when I needed it the most… Fleming’s staff members made me feel special. This is something that is lacking in Southern California so you all here make a difference. I appreciate the hospitality and the way you do your job well. Thank you for celebrating a special birthday.

I would recommend really paying attention on the ingredients and the quality on how the plates are served. My plate was served cold and it lacked the flavor component of a pasta. With the small amount of the burrata it is impossible to give that creamy texture to the dish. The service was extremely excellent and you can see the great team they have. Furthermore, the crème brûlée was well made and it had natural vainilla. Overall, it is overpriced for the quality of the ingredients and the quantity.

I really enjoyed my sea bass, I devoured it in a minute. The old-fashioned whiskey was also really pleasant, and the hostess made the experience very warm and welcoming.

I recently had a really disappointing experience at Fleming’s in Rancho Cucamonga. We ended up there because our original reservation at a different restaurant fell through. We don’t eat a lot of meat, so we just wanted a simple burger. Surprisingly, the waiter and manager refused to accommodate that, even though we were willing to pay full price or whatever they needed. We ended up ordering something else that we really didn’t enjoy at all, paid over $120 for a meal that just wasn’t good, and left a decent tip just to show it wasn’t about the money. The whole experience made it clear why they weren’t busy on a Friday night. Other places in the area offer way better quality food and customer service. Definitely not recommending this place.
We live across the street and we are regular customers. On Saturday, we ended up going to Fogo de Chao. We had a way better experience, and the customer service was stunning. We paid over $$$ but at least we got what we wanted not what they wanna serve us. This place used to be busy on the weekend not anymore due to the poor management, a lot of people are switching to go to Fogo De Chao since they recently opened a new location in Rancho Cucamonga.

Finally made it to the Tomahawk Tuesday & everything was great! Service A+ and they did a birthday setup for my table, greatly appreciated. Sides were Lobster Mac & Brussel sprouts, both excellent. Gave the steak 4 stars because our tomahawk was not well seasoned and was a bit tough. The special price was worth the overall experience $169 special with 2 salads, 2 sides & 2 desserts. Bar service was A+ as well, we had drinks before & after dinner. Even while busy our guy was able to keep drinks flowing and even too time to show us bottles that we had questions about. I would definitely go back for drinks & dinner. Great
