Flemings in SLC was really great. The service was amazing and our server never let our waters get low. They kept topping us off the entire time and made the whole experience feel really taken care of. My husband and I shared the Tomahawk Tuesday special and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and all of the sides were so good. The atmosphere felt calm and upscale without being stuffy. Everything came out hot and timely, and we never felt rushed. We will definitely be coming back.

Fleming’s did not disappoint! The steaks were phenomenal, but honestly, the sides stole the show. The mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, and the sweet corn brûlée… unreal. The service was great, and they even have fun mocktails if you want a cute drink without the alcohol. Perfect spot for date night, celebrations, or whenever you want a meal you know will hit every time.

We came for our anniversary dinner and had a lovely experience. We shared the tomahawk steak, mac and cheese, and the au gratin. Everything was tasty. I did feel like the portions had become smaller since last time we were here but still tasted great and we were full by the end of the meal. The complimentary bread and butter were so fun. We loved trying the different flavors on the bread that was brought out. The steak was cooked exactly how we had asked. Because we came for a special occasion, they provided us with chocolate truffles to celebrate and they were smooth and melt in your mouth. We always look forward to coming here.

Parking is a little tricky but you can park in the Flemmings spots in the parking garage free for 2 hours I believe. You just have to keep driving back into the garage before you find the spots.

What a great experience for a last meal before flying to Australia. The share plates beef carpasio and burrata were excellent. I had the prime ribeye and the others had the petite medallion. All excellent with the Fleming potatoes and Brussels sprouts as side. An excellent meal

This is what you would expect from a $80 steak. Jeremy our waiter knows his stuff. He carefully coached us on what type of steak and the sides to pair with it.

Service was spot on. When the drink ran low they had a new glass. We immediately recognized Jeremy’s skill and enjoyed the experience.

The steaks were superb. Full of flavor and very tender. I did the dry aged ribeye and the wife did the cowgirl ribeye.

This was dinner to celebrate our anniversary and 2025 accomplishments. It is definitely a place for a high end dinner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Week Late But SO Well Deserved- 4 JORDAN

I visited this steakhouse last Sunday and our server- Jordan H, absolutely made the night. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way you don’t see often anymore. His explanations of the menu were spot-on, he answered every question without making us feel rushed, and he had the best recommendations. You could tell he really cared about giving us the best experience possible.

Even though this review is a little late, I couldn’t NOT take a moment to shout him out. Servers like him are the reason people return. He truly elevated our night and deserves all the recognition.

Highly recommend asking for him if you go — he’s the definition of exceptional service.

This restaurant is FANTASTIC. From service, wine selection, presentation and food, the experience was perfect in every way. I do wish they were able to enforce a dress code as there were a few men in ball caps but I would assume Utahs demographic wouldn’t support that. Which is ok. Either way, it was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

When we entered the restaurant the atmosphere was great and we had high expectations. Our server was great not very attentive but good. We ordered the crab cakes to start with and they were over cooked and flavorless. We thought it hast to get better they brought out the bread and cream cheese mixes. The bread was OK but bree cream cheese tasted like cream cheese and the tomato herb cream cheese tasted like cream cheese with a hint of something else. By this time my wife and were praying the entrees were better. My filet was cooked almost well done and I ordered it medium and it tasted horrible. The scallops were over cooked and the risotto looked and tasted like cream of wheat. My wife had the crab stuffed shrimp and prime rib. Tge shrimp was so was so overcooked they were about as tough as shoe leather. I didn’t know shrimp could get that tough. The only thing that was cooked correctly was the prime rib it didn’t have much flavor but a least it was eatable. The suave was the only thing that made it taste good. The bill was over $300 for something my ten year could have done better, no exaggeration. This place should be ashamed to call its self fine dining.

The food was amazing as expected, but the service was next level. Laura was amazing with recommendations, but the little things she did during our dining put it over the top.

We came to Fleming’s expecting a good dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The food was okay, nothing special for the price. The steak was decent, but not memorable, and the overall food quality was just ok. Most of the sides lacked flavor. The one standout was the chocolate lava cake, which was delicious.
What really brought the night down was the service. Toward the end our waitress completely disappeared. We overheard her saying to other waitress that her friends had shown up and she wanted to take care of them instead. No follow up, no refills, we eventually had to flag someone else down just to get our check and that’s when she showed up again.
