The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing date night. Our server was attentive but not overly so and made sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly. My steak was cooked perfectly and the plating of every dish was very pleasing to the eye. Had a great experience here and would highly recommend Fleming’s as the best steak in Salt Lake City.

We took the kids to the gateway for an activity and we all got hungry. We wandered around looking for someplace to eat when we stumbled upon Fleming’s. My husband wanted a steak so we went in. We were asked if we had a reservation and we said no and they said that’s fine. (Reservations are not required by the way). They took us back to a table, and we realized on the way back that this is a fine dining place and we definitely weren’t dressed up for it. We asked our waitress if there was a dress code since a lot of other patrons were in business casual. She said there wasn’t and that people walk in from the mall all the time. Our waitress was very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions as we had never been fine dining before, especially with kids. The food was absolutely amazing and very well presented. Even though it was definitely an expensive meal, we loved everything we ordered and will definitely be back.

An amazing steak restaurant. The difficulty was parking, with the valet service being owned to the mall instead of the restaurant, and all spots taken by people attending an event across the street. Luckily, we were greeted with great service and lovely staff with an amazing dinner. All meats here are of excellent quality, and I will definitely be returning.

Jeremy was great and took very good care of us. His assistant Irwin was also very courteous and friendly and the 2 of them made our anniversary dinner special. We appreciate great customer service and Fleming’s did not disappoint. We would rate you above Ruth’s Chris, Spencer’s and Christopher’s along with the best steakhouses in Park City as well. Gluten free menu and food is great! All around fantastic during the time we went, the host Derrick was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free items and had great suggestions. We will be going back. We took our dessert to go we can not bear to eat anymore lol.
