We had dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse on Corporate Boulevard and were very pleased. The atmosphere is very nice, quiet, modern with bar, outdoor, booth or table seating. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and tender. The lobster bisque was a great starter. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. Very pleased and will dine here again.

Overall, this was a very nice experience. The service was great, the restrooms were exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was inviting and hospitable. However, the experience fell just short of a five-star rating when I asked for a whiskey sour with egg white foam (a Boston Sour). Surprisingly, the mixologist was unable to make it. For a high-end establishment, this felt like a basic cocktail request that should have been easily accommodated. To put it in perspective, I went right down the road an hour later and had one made without issue. A great experience overall, but this detail kept it from being a full 5/5.

Blake made the experience worth it all. Due to dry January, I’m a mocktail connoisseur. Blake’s blueberry lemon dry was perfect. I’ll be ordering them after my mocktail era is over. The food was served hot and was delicious… until I got to the center of my Salmon in was very very undercooked. All of our other food was great and Blake was attentive when I showed him my undercooked salmon. I will return and if undercooked happens I’ll notify immediately oppose to not complaining.

They had a special going on for the Tomahawk and we split it between 3 people.
Everything was seasoned perfectly and medium well. The corn and the mac & cheese were so flavorful.
Our waiter was very helpful explaining the flavors and menu options to us. (Thank you Patty).
They also gave me a rose for my birthday and some tasteful dark chocolate.

The service and atmosphere is top notch. It definitely give you swanky/fine dining experience. The food was ok. I was disappointed considering we spent near to $400 dollars for 2 people. 1 house salad 1 lobster bisque. 2 ribeyes and 3 “shareable” sides and brownie for dessert. The rib eye was over cooked and lacked marbling and it was very chewy. For $70 a steak, I was disappointed. The meal is a la carte and sides are near $20 a side. No alcoholic drinks. The cost was not the issue, the quality we paid for was. We had a reservation for my birthday and my husband told the hostess to make sure the server knew it was my birthday. It wasn’t until after we paid did we realize they did something for birthdays after my husband inquired it to our server.
Our server was wonderful and the atmosphere was nice.

We just finished the most amazing birthday dinner for my husband. Everything was perfect. The entire staff knew our names and were the most attentive as compared to any fining dining experience we have had. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and were so tender we did not need knives. Every course was delicious. My husband was even given a birthday card signed by the staff and candles with his dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Extra thanks to our amazing waiter. We will certainly be back.

Exceptional food and service. The Chilean sea bass might be the best piece of fish I have ever eaten.

We came here for Valentine’s Day, and our experience was TERRIBLE! My steak came out too pink (blood was coming out as I cut into it), and our server handled the situation so poorly, but the manager wasn’t the best either! Both of them were dismissive and can take a class on conflict resolution and customer service skills. They ended up bringing us fresh sides while they made a new steak, & my steak was on the house. My food may have been poisoned after I complained because I had an upset stomach afterwards, but my partner did not. I understand that Valentine’s Day can be a busy holiday, which can be frustrating for the staff, but there’s a way that you should treat customers, especially those that are paying a lot of money for fine dining. I won’t be returning.

I recently ordered the $18 blue cheese wedge salad to go, and while I did receive the toppings in a separate container, I was really disappointed with the lettuce portion itself. Instead of a full, crisp wedge like the one served in-house, (first picture) I received a thin outer piece that was hollow and lacked substance (second picture). It honestly looked like a scrap piece from the prep station rather than a proper serving.
Given the quality I’ve experienced dining in, I expected the to-go salad to reflect the same standards. This felt like a significant downgrade.
