French onion soup was delicious. Perfect in every way. Roasted asparagus was cooked with a slight crunch still very tasty. Scallops were baely warm, almost cold. They were undercooked as you can see in the picture, they were not seared properly. The mushroom risotto was also undercooked. Risotto was a little crunchy. Service and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The wait staff was very polite and professional.

We visited for the first time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Our service was decent, my salad did not come out until I asked for it and the waiter said he bagged my dessert only to find when I got home I had no dessert in my bag. It definitely was a total disappointment. He even asked if I wanted the ice cream that went with it and I told him no. This was a $400 dinner. I would definitely expect better for an upscale establishment.

Got the got the Tomahawk… ive never had one before. It was definitely a great experience. It was cooked perfectly. Often times you eat a steak, and the first bite is great, but then the excitement fades as you eat it. Not this thing, it actually got increasingly good as I worked my way to the bone.
Oh yeah, we were there for my wife’s birthday, not for my steak. She got Sea bass i think.. said it was really good… looked tiny to me.
The calamari was actually pretty good, but you know my childlike pallet wanted French fries with my steak.. they were obviously frozen fries, but not terrible.
While Porch and Parlor have a better flavored, as their most basic ribeye, Fleming still makes a good one.
Noah, our server was quite interactive and we had a great time. We definitely recommend him as your server if you go. My wife said it was the best Memphis area dining experience she’s had in a while, and told me my steak was every bit as good as Porch and Parlor.. so I guess it was.
She had a few drinks, I had 1 margarita.. and our total bill was $439.. we dont do it often.. but we felt like the dining experience was worth it, and didn’t feel wounded by the cost as we left. Granted, it’ll be another year before we can afford to go back, but a moment we will talk about until then.

I was invited to give this location another try. Cornelius is an amazing server. My sister and I had a great experience. We practically had the whole place to ourselves this time due to snowmageddon 2026. The oysters, steaks, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and drinks were delicious. They more than made up for the previous visit. Thanks

Went for our anniversary dinner. Our server was good. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. I actually had to send my brussel sprouts back because they burnt them to practically ash. Why in the world did that ash make it to my table???!? The server said that maybe the kitchen was overwhelmed because they had a party of 35 there. Honestly… for what we paid overall …. not my problem!! The drinks were weak and way overpriced. The oysters were what you would expect for being landlocked. Nothing impressive. The steaks were good but not worth what we paid overall. Other steakhouses are more affordable and have the same steak. Honestly, we’ve knocked it off our bucket list. I will not be back. Tapping out at $384 for two people is extremely ridiculous. I was not impressed at all. Not worth the amount paid.

Went there on a date night for the first time in a while. Happy hour was good for more affordable apps/wine. Service was great. It was Tuesday and they have a special for two that is a really good deal. Amazing time and exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful experience. Excellent food, service and atmosphere! The filet mignon with the lobster tail was spectacular. Carrot Cake (not pictured) for dessert is a must.

Can’t believe we waited this long to go to Flemings. It was fantastic! We chose a dinner for two special and everything was delicious. It was for our 25th anniversary and they made sure we were treated right. Even got a photo. The only disappointing thing was being too full to try more deserts because the ones we got were amazing. Will have to go back and try the key lime pie if it stacks against what we just experienced. Noah was a great server too!

My experience at Fleming’s was ok. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant but it wasn’t the best experience either. It was great because of the company I was with. The valet was my favorite of the night here. They were swift and very polite. Hostesses were also super friendly. Waitress was good. I think that the food was OK because there was a crowd and they were rushing to get the food out that they kept over cooking people’s food. My salmon was overcooked, and the sides weren’t hot although the plates underneath were. I would prefer waiting 30 minutes for my food if it’s going to be made properly. $50 bucks for a piece of overcooked salmon is ridiculous when it’s not prepared properly. I also have a food allergy to mushrooms, and they made the food over for me to carry home, but they made the food with mushrooms, so I wasn’t able to eat it as well. I would most likely try them out again, but it would be a day that’s not close to a holiday.

Unfortunately, this was a miss for us. Some of it was very good, but a lot of it was not, and when you’re paying that much money, it should all be excellent.
For the most part, the service was good. The hostess was friendly and seated is right on time for our reservation. Our server was good at first. He was attentive for the most part until the end when he disappeared for a long while.
The room is very dark, which makes for a nice ambiance, but it is very hard to read the menus. This is the 2nd high-end restaurant that did that. It must be a thing. When you have multitudes of people using the flashlight from their phones to read a menu, you may want to rethink the lighting situation. The music they pump in was unexpectedly loud. I’m not used to that in a nicer restaurant.
My food was great. The pumpkin butter and champagne infused butter with the bread were delicious. I started with the pork belly, and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it. BF’s wedge salad was beautifully presented, and it had generous amounts of toppings without being sloppy. It was the ideal starter.
For my main, I had the Chilean Sea Bass. It was perfectly cooked, and the miso sauce was delicious, but there was too much of it. It drowned the fish. I would have preferred 1/2 the amount. The creamed spinach would have been good, but it was way under seasoned.
Unfortunately, BF’s aged ribeye steak was a big mistake. He asked for medium rare, and it came out rare, and it was not very good. Very tough and not seasoned well. By this time our waiter was not very attentive so we couldn’t really remedy the issue, but again, with the reputation and price you pay, there shouldn’t be such inexcusable mistakes as not cooking and seasoning the steak properly. This was a huge letdown. To top it off, we ended the evening with two small flies hovering over our table, which was annoying.
So, what started as a fairly good evening turned out to be a disappointment. Besides our waiter, the rest of the wait staff was great. Very attententive and friendly. This should have been a better experience, but it wasn’t. For the price we paid, we will probably not come back here.
