The food was exceptional — each dish showcased top-tier ingredients and expert preparation. We came to celebrate Valentine’s day together. Everything was first class. The food was so delicious even down to the special butter that they bring out with the bread. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and everything came out right on time. They had smooth live music and the lighting was just right. Perfect ambiance! This establishment had the most professional staff I’ve ever seen. I loved the night we had here, it was a great experience, very romantic. We will definitely be back again, and again!

My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary and was met with the most amazing night! It was off the charts the whole night. The service was amazing, start to finish. I got lamb chops, 100/10. My girlfriend got the chicken, amazing!! Our sides were the mashed potato’s and chipotle Mac and cheese, both delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable on his job and on the menu as well. Overall we had an AMAZING experience and will be coming back soon!

We attended the SOMMDay School at Rooted Wine Bar inside Fleming’s in Tampa, and it could not have been a better experience. We booked through OpenTable and later realized it was their opening day for this class, which made the experience even more special.
There were three of us, and we ended up being the only participants, which worked out perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and guided to the bar by our two sommeliers, Stephen and Casey. We were immediately met with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.
It was one of our birthdays, and they went above and beyond by bringing out a Happy Birthday sign along with four chocolate truffles and a candle. That extra touch set the tone right away and made the experience feel personal and thoughtful.
Stephen and Casey truly made the experience stand out. Their humor, knowledge, and stories about each wine and its background kept everything engaging and approachable. When we tried appetizers after the class, they paired wines specifically to each of our individual palates. All three pairings were dialed in and somehow managed to be exactly what each of us enjoyed most, which was impressive and thoughtful.
Stephen and Casey continued to spend time with us even after our tasting making us feel genuinely welcome rather than rushed out.
This was our first visit, and they absolutely set the bar high. I cannot say enough good things about the experience or about Stephen and Casey. We will definitely be back.

Fleming’s Steakhouse has truly outdone itself with its new building. A major upgrade that elevates the ambiance to a whole new level. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. And of course, the food did not disappoint: delicious as always, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented.

I went here for the first time a few days ago. My first impression upon entry was that the service was going to be top notch, as the hostess wished my wife and me a happy anniversary and gave her a rose. Then our server brought a complimentary round of champagne. I noticed a lot of celebrants receiving similar treatments for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Very thoughtful! We started with crab cakes that were delicious. For mains, my wife had a Delmonico, and I went with a filet and lobster. We like our steaks medium rare. These were perfect, with a little char on the surface and tender inside. For dessert we had a chocolate lava cake that was also delicious, plus we were given complimentary dark chocolate truffles for our anniversary. All together, this was an awesome dining experience.

This is my second review for Fleming’s in Tampa, because it truly deserves it. It’s one of my favorite places, with consistently excellent service and incredible food and cocktails. My son and I love coming here for Tomahawk Tuesday, and it is always a solid, dependable, and enjoyable experience.
Last year, they demolished the old building and built a completely new Fleming’s that is almost double the size (reopened a few months back). They’ve hired more servers and bussers and are now able to serve a much larger number of guests while maintaining the same high level of consistency and service ~ which is impressive.
Our New York strip and filet, topped with lump crab meat, were outstanding. The Brussels sprouts and Fleming’s potatoes were absolutely delicious. The drinks were fantastic, and the desserts were as good as always. We were completely full and still couldn’t resist taking the cheesecake to go ~ and their lava cake remains one of the best!
Huge praise to management for excellent training, attention to detail, and consistency. Fleming’s Tampa continues to set the standard, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.

First off about the amount that I spent it was a gift card and I was taking advantage of it so I splurged.
The reason I wound up at Fleming’s was because one of their sister restaurants I had gone to because I was in the mood for their Italian food, I sat down at the bar I was totally ignored by 3 individuals. I was never even acknowledged other than by the girl at the front door that said hello, and a different girl that said thank you have a good day as I left.
Needless to say I won’t go back to that location. However I decided to use one of the sister restaurants which happens to be Fleming’s, and I was greeted fantastically by the doorman, sat down at the bar and the bartender immediately recognized me and said I’ll be right with you.
Amber, the bartender after I found out at the end of the evening, was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely to die for the service was impeccable and the social interaction from the staff was top-notch.
I will definitely be back to this location because Amber definitely remembers me from a past service, as well as I now know her name and I will never forget the quality that was provided to me.
The young woman that was singing today on February 1st it was absolutely wonderful as well. Great Ambience and atmosphere.
