My wife and I went to Flemings to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We used the website and reserved a time. There was a question asked about the occasion which we answered. When we arrived we were escorted to our table which was prepared for us with a card from Flemings commemorating our occasion. Our server was top notch and his attention detail really gave us an experience we treasured greatly. The food was fantastic and although costly was well worth it. And the end of our dinner we were given a dessert on the house and our waiter prepared a wonderful bubbly for my wife and I to toast our occasion. I highly recommend Flemings as a place to celebrate any occasion or to just have a finely prepared cut of meat.

Omg!!! I think that’s all I can say! This place was EXCEPTIONAL. It was my son’s 9th birthday and they did so much for him without a request. They made him feel so special on his birthday. Our server was THE best I’ve ever seen. There were so many staff came to our table just to wish my son a happy birthday! Magical, is the word I’m looking for when describing the service….. OHHHHH and I forgot to mention how great the food was. That was first time I ever tasted lobster and it wasn’t rubbery and tough. Like I said in the beginning…. OMG

We visited this Fleming’s location on Via Dellagio Way for the first time this past Friday while on vacation in Orlando. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. From the time we walked in until the time we left we were very pleased. The extra touches for our anniversary were so nice. (Photos attached). It made us feel special and was very thoughtful. Our server Carlos was great as well as all the other staff that we came in contact with. The managers checked on the tables often. You can tell they care about the quality of service and experience. We frequent Fleming’s back home in Birmingham, AL and love it, but I will say we have never had this level of service even there. I don’t know who their chef is but even with the same menu at all locations the food was superb. My husband said it was the best Tomahawk he’s had to date! Cooked to perfection. Thank you Fleming’s for such a wonderful experience!

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. This was our second time there. And we love it there. It took a while to get serviced but there was a miscommunication. But the owner Randy came out and gave us our drink. Our waitress Alyssa (I think) was amazing. Our food was great, I got the salmon & my boyfriend got a steak. We also got the lobster Mac and cheese it was amazing. We love this place & will be back.

Our server was amazing along with the rest of the front of house staff! We had reservations and sat immediately. I cannot rave enough about the service. I’m giving the food 4 stars and this might be on me since it was my first time having dry aged steak. So I ordered the dry aged ribeye. I expected the flavor to be rich but I didn’t expect it to be tough. My favorite cut is a marbled ribeye. So I’m not sure if it’s bc of the aging process but it was pretty tough to cut and chew. I ordered it medium rare +. My daughter ordered a filet from the kids menu med well as she likes a little pink but it came out brown thoughout. I don’t complain or bother to send back. But that’s the reason for 4 stars. The miso Chilean sea bass was amazing and so were our sides and desserts.

My family of four dined at the Sand Lake location on Christmas Eve with a 7:30 pm reservation. It was very busy (understandably so), after a small wait, we were seated at a great table and had wonderful service from our server, Kris, who was attentive and friendly all evening.
A few of us ordered the Tomahawk to share, and while it unfortunately sold out after we ordered, Cortney, an Operating Partner, came to our table personally to explain and offer a bone-in ribeye instead. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Dinner was delicious, dessert was great, and to our surprise the check was taken care of due to the Tomahawk situation.
This is truly top-notch customer service. Kris and Cortney made our Christmas Eve special, and we will absolutely be back, especially to this location.

Date night at Fleming’s was wonderful! I visited for a special occasion, and Branden went above and beyond to make it a great night! The cocktail and wine suggestions were perfect, and we loved our meals. He was very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home in the best way.
