After a long day of fun in Nashville and a great Underground Speakeasy tour we stopped in for a late dinner at the Fleet Street pub and had the best burger and some great beef stew! The staff/service was great. Loved the vibe and atmosphere here. But that burger though! In the heart of Printers Alley this spot is always a great choice while downtown.

Wow. First time here, it’s the official hangout for Arsenal fans. Had the Lunch Fish & Chips, two Guinness on draft and an IPA.. subtotal only $29!! Would have been even less during Happy Hour. Great value! Bartender was great. They showed the game with full audio. I highly, highly recommend if you are tired of Broadway tourist traps.

Basement pub along Printers Alley. True to the gastronomic tradition of the UK. Great selection of domestic and international beers along with traditional liquors (Pimms) of Blighty. Our group loved the Bangers & Mash, Fish’n Chips, and the Shepard’s Pie (think lamb burgoo). Bar has a strong pour; a lighter drink would be the Pimm’s Cup. Yes, we’ll return with friends!

Went this weekend, great find, food was a real taste of home – real fish and chips! No skinny fries! We sat at a table and our server Sarah (sorry if that’s not spelled correctly) was a star. She brought curry sauce for our chips, pointed out the malt vinegar, had time to chat, we didn’t feel either rushed or abandoned, given it was a Saturday afternoon. Hubby had a pint of London Pride, it was bang on! The bread and butter pudding – well even I ate some and I don’t eat desert, delicious!! Now the price? We were staggered! Had we gone back 15 years in some time warp? We expected it to be at least 2 times what we paid, in fact we asked if they’d missed something on the check. Highly recommend a visit!

This continues to be one of my favorite places downtown Nashville. It’s so low key and chill and the food is really good!
3/24 Update:
Finally stopped in and got dinner here. I got the lamb burger and my partner got the fish and chips. All delicious! If you’ve never tried mushy peas, you need to try them!
We stopped in here after a show at the Ryman Theater and got a couple of good drinks and snacks.
They have a great selection of beer. A lot of European beers but also some good local choices too. We shared a few appetizers and they were delicious! The deviled eggs were awesome and full of flavor. We also tried the chips and curry sauce which was also awesome. (Forgot to take a pic though, oops) Service was good. The bartender was friendly and our food came out fairly quickly.
All in all, a great chill place to hang out in Nashville! Can’t wait to come back.

Great food, great beer and cider and fantastic staff. The food was delicious and good value with generous potions. I would say best food in Nashville and I would recommend this pub to anyone
