We discovered Flayva Thymme at a farm market and it was sooo goood the best food of all the food options there. We had the Oxtail Bao, Shrimp bao, and jerk chicken sliders and everything was an absolute BANGER!! The owners are so sweet and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back

The oxtail bowl was phenomenal!!! Loads of flavor and the hot sauce they offer on the side is HOT! I loved every bite. I’m from South Florida and it made me feel at home ♥️

I am not a fan of jerk chicken at all. This is the absolute best I have ever had. It’s Juicy, flavorful spicy but not to much. Completely balanced and takes you to the beach of Jamaica. 100% give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Flayva thymme absolutely blew me away with the food. It was so delicious and flavorful. I got the jerk chicken with rice and steamed cabbage. The chicken was so flavorful, and juicy. Quite literally cooked to perfection. By far some of the best jerked chicken I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back for more!!!

So incredible! I had the oxtail and it was so tender and perfect. The plantains were perfectly tender and seasoned.My little one loved it too. Just can’t say enough good things about this place. Both the owners were also super nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Just tried them at the Mount Dora Flea Market and the food was amazing. Jerk chicken was very smoky and paired well with the rice and plantains! Going to be coming back for sure! (Forgot a before pic lol)

I asked Flayva Thymme to come to my business open house/ribbon cutting to serve for a 2 hour time frame. My guests really enjoyed what they served and commented on how large the portions were. I was pleased with their communication before and after the event, the look of their set up, and how clean they left everything when they were done. I would definitely recommend them again!
