When I eat at an airport, I expect a little pep in the step. Our waiter was relaxed and in no hurry to wait our table.
When he came over, there was little eye contact. He took our order and came back about 5 minutes later with drinks. It took another 10 for the food and the place wasn’t that busy.
The food came out and liked great. Trio fries contained straight fries, crinkle cut and a fry similar to steak fries. All 3 were delicious. The meatball sub was on a soft hoagie roll. The sauce was flavorful. The order of chicken tenders was over fried. The breading was eh and didn’t have much flavor.
The waiter did check back quickly after delivering the food but that was the last we saw him until we got our check. For drink refills, we went to the bar to request a fill.
I would not call the food here flavorful. I would call it ordinary with an upcharge.

Ms. Teri was absolutely wonderful! Treated me with utmost respect! Loves her job! Funny, polite, charming! Made my espresso martini PERFECT! I can’t wait to come back. I would book a flight just to come see her! 🙂

I travel quite often and this is my go to for a quick bite and a drink. I traveled two weeks ago and Ms. Teri was the bartender here. Not only did she make a fantastic bloody mary but her personality and service are exceptional. Today I was traveling again and I had to come back and see Ms. Teri! She absolutely makes my travel experience great every time!! Food is great! (I typically get breakfast) Drinks are outstanding! (I’ve tried a few but the bloody mary in the morning is my go to) And the service is phenomenal! (Especially if Ms. Teri is working the bar!!!)

That being said!!, I had an exceptional experience today with Terri as my server.
The positive energy that Terri displayed is certainly note worthy.
I felt more comfortable here than at my home town pub.

Portions are extremely small. 20 %gratuity added on top of 3% that airport adds to bill. We had macaroni and cheese… Most probably used can cheese… Never back here.
As inside a food court in JFK, place is really noisy and ambient music pretty loud. Service is appropriate. Agree with others that food is overpriced.

Was in the airport for an early flight so there weren’t many people yet. Service was mainly self-order via QR and not a lot of attentive workers, but they were kind and came around to make sure my water was filled/food was okay with a smile that honestly not a lot of us have at the airport so early haha
Got a breakfast burrito and the portion size was good, very filling. The potatoes it came with was SO MUCH, i couldn’t finish it on my own but i did try. Flavor was okay, needed more salt and pepper but the eggs were perfectly fluffy. Overpriced? Yes. One of the better options in the early morning at an airport? Also yes
