Listen! Our service today was the BEST!! Our food had a little wait but we were given complimentary cake slices for our wait, The gentleman in the Green Collar shirt has the best customer service I’ve received ever in a restaurant, we live about 30 min away but I will continue to make my way back. The oxtails were falling off the bone! The Salisbury steak and gravy was to die for. Me and My Fiancé loved it! ❤️

I stopped in this great little local spot while here for DCI with my son. I got lemon pepper wings and yams. I didn’t make it out of the parking lot. I opened the box and dove right in. Absolute perfection. Let’s talk about customer service. Every single person was so kind and helpful. A man came out from the kitchen to ask if I wanted my wings extra crispy. Yes sir!! And can we add the gospel music was amazing and so refreshing to see the lord worshiped on this beautiful Sunday. I’ll definitely hit this spot every time I’m back this way.

Little local restaurant, tucked away on a side street. Simple uninspired interior, but that’s okay, the food carries the load. Arrived after church on Sunday and the restaurant was full. One person working the front, taking orders, refilling drinks, etc. so it took a minute to place my order. Food came out in about 10-15 minutes. Fried fish and shrimp were crispy and cooked just right. The 2 ounces of cole slaw made me wish it was a larger serving because it was so tasty. The large helping of french fries were hot and fresh. Delicious food!

This is a wonderful establishment. Wings were not dried out. They were cooked thoroughly. I would suggest tossing the sauce after they are cooked. There just wasn’t enough flavor to the wings… it was sitting at the bottom of the tray. The oxtails seasoned well, not tough, flavor & seasoning were on point the sauce the rice the macaroni and cheese nothing was dry, cabbage was well steamed. The Patty melt was much larger than I thought it would be. The philly fries were loaded full of flavor. The cornbread could use more butter. The peach lemonade was on point, and the carriers for the drinks were creative and smart.

My first time coming here was today, i walked in and EVERYONE was so welcoming and nice! I told the man it was my first time, and he let me know everything they had to offer and was super patient! The food was amazing and im not exaggerating at all, literally 10/10! Please if you are able, try this joint out, they all work super hard and are so so so so so nice!!
