I wish I could give zero stars. On October 19th 2025 at or about 6:41pm I ordered a fried turkey leg plate and two sides of cornbread, mash potatoes with no gravy for take out. This was easily one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. The mash potatoes had gravy on it but i decided it’s not a big deal, The turkey leg was bone-dry, flavorless, and had the texture of something that had been sitting out for hours. No seasoning, no moisture just disappointment.
But the real kicker? The cornbread had mold on it. Yes, mold. I was shocked and disgusted. When I called back and brought it to their attention, the staff didn’t offer any real solution they just told me to “bring it back and we can change it for another side.” No sense of urgency, no accountability, no care at all for serving spoiled food. It seemed like they thought I was lying, I wasted more gas and took it back to show them the mold then told them I do not want anything else from them and left.
If you value your money or your stomach do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service. Instead go next door to something to bragg about where they have better food and better service.

The food I ordered was completely gross and an absolute waste of money the fact how you’re serving food and hair is in your customer’s food is disgusting and to think I wanted to try something different today. Someone can get seriously sick because of this.

Ordered to go, so I honestly don’t know the service or atmosphere. $13.00 for burnt alligator nuggets. Really horrible additionally didn’t add the sauce that was supposed to come with it. The crawfish bites were inedible. Rib plate with Mac n cheese and potato salad. Mac n cheese and potato salad were okay, ribs underwhelming. Feel like I wasted my money. It’s a shame.

There’s not to many soul food restaurants in the city of Fayetteville . But flavors has fulfilled that responsibility . Their food is definitely worth it and from what I can tell everything is homemade . Great spot !

I would love to go 4.5. They are just shy of excellent on their good days. Far from bad on their worse. Pork Chop Sandwich and/or plate is the go to for me and my household. Lately we have working our way through the sides. With only the mashed potatoes and gravy falling below par. I definitely recommend this spot.

The food was old as if it had been sitting out all day uncovered. Absolutely no flavor at all. I don’t even understand how they are still open for business. I can do so much better than that. The food was terrible and I was very upset.

I used to love coming to get food from here, but now the service has gone down, and so has the food. I ordered chicken livers just by themselves. I waited 15 minutes before I left the house to come pick up my food. When I got there, a young man came to the drive through window, looked at me and and was very rude with his manner of speaking, he took my card so I could pay for the food and he handed me my card back. I waited 12 minutes outside before I got tired of waiting. I drove around and parked to go in to see what was going on. He was standing at the front counter, flirting with the DoorDash girl and literally holding my food in a bag with 2 fingers out to the side and not even acknowledging me. I did nothing to this man, and I said nothing to him. I just went over there grabbed my food and went home. The food was cold when I got it cause I tested one of them before I drove away, I will not be back again and neither will my family.

We really enjoyed our visit to Flavors Restaurant and will be back as soon as we’re able! Meeting the owners of the business was great and we wish them continued success with their restaurant. They seem like great folks!

Food was good. I had oxtail and they were large and very good. Service, was polite, but timing was long. Atmosphere, the building can use some updating. Not sure if the owner owns or rents the space, but it can use some updating.

Got the smoked turkey leg plate with green beans (obviously came from a can) and rice & gravy.
0 flavor. Everything that I could actually eat needed salt or seasoning. Smoked turkey looks more like a boiled turkey leg that’s been put in the oven. Hard, dry, nasty, not a drop of juice in sight. Took one bite and that’s it. $12 plate.
Also got the Mac & cheese & fries, with an extra side of mashed potatoes. fries also had zero flavor. FRIES. $8 total for all.
Also got a side of broccoli & cheese. $3 for 2 Tiny florets, 5 mini stalks and cheese. Not even worth $2.
Brother said the Alfredo was straight. Size definitely not worth $13.
Total spent was $36 and I would never do that again, especially here!
