Spicy and hot are the two words that best describe the food in this place. I counted 31 green chilies in a pulao that I asked to be made less spicy. The place can get very crowded, and the ordering system is best described as chaotic.

I visited Flavors today for lunch and I have ordered vijayawada chiken pulavu the rice was very sticky and then didn’t even gave salad( onions and lemon). And the air conditioning isn’t working. when I asked for the salad the girl at the counter answered its finished I wonder how can onions and lemons finish in an restaurant at lunch time and the way she answered is very rude. Never going to visit this place given if there was a chance I will be giving -5 rating for this restaurant such a waste of money and time.

Our recent experience with this restaurant was disappointing. While the taste of the food we ordered was okay, the service was terrible. The staff seemed to have no idea how to serve customers, and their lack of training was evident in the way they handled our order. Additionally, the restaurant was heavily crowded, with people talking loudly and smoking outside. This made it very uncomfortable for us to get in and out of the establishment.

Taste was good. Reasonable price. 2 stars But as many reviews mentioned awful atmosphere, rest rooms are bad not clean, not kids friendly location for the below. One side we were eating next to is us server was cleaning the glasses with windex. Whole store can feel the smell. We also found hair in the food. Restaurant was crazy busy. I don’t think they will consider our complaint. If I’m the food inspector sure i will cancel their license.

Im frequent visitor, I rate this restaurant 5, pulav’s here are out of this world Taste and quality. Don’t try their biryanis or other stuff . Pulav’s here are the real deal. Order mutton pulav and vizayawada chicken pulav .
