Wow! What a pleasant surprise and experience this was. In a city that is full of mediocre restaurants that try to get away with the bare minimum, this place is a great find. From top to bottom this place definitely stands out as one of my new favorites.
Having lived in many big cities over the years, I was excited to try the Italian beef sandwich, and the Coney dog. Both of which exceeded my expectations and carried me back to my younger days of living in the Chicago area.
The beef is definitely top quality and cooked to perfection. It is tender, not mushy. The flavor is outstanding. The bun was also outstanding.
The Coney dog did not disappoint either. The snap was as good as the flavor. Hot dog enthusiasts will know what I am talking about. The chili is very flavorful but not overpowering.
The true stand out for this place is a gentleman named Sal, His passion for good food and entrepreneurial spirit are definitely on display here.

Bianca is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and was open to making my drink request! Ask her for a redbull over ice with blue raspberry syrup! Hope these make her menu (I’m from Washington)

Came here since it’s one of the only fully Halal joints north of the strip. I ordered the Philly cheese steak which was pretty good, nice salt and sauce ratio, and they gave plenty of meat. You’ll have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to finish preparing your order, so consider calling in advance before you head over. The deuce doesn’t go to here directly but the 7 min walk wasn’t bad. There’s a touristy pawn shop with a crowd of people taking pictures and selfies. I would totally come again, I wish the hours were more accessible though and it was in a better spot

Flavor Street catered a lunch at my office and the food was very good as was the presentation. They brought numerous different dishes. The thin sliced beef sandwich was tender and flavorful. The Detroit dog was great with chili on top but not the typical chili. The rice Krispy treats brought me back to my youth lol. Strawberry shortcake and the salad also very good. Needless to say I was able to skip dinner after such a great lunch
