We stopped at this hidden gem on our way from socal to Phoenix. Situated conveniently on an exit on i-10, we chose this place based on the excellent reviews this place already managed to garner within six months of its opening. Tucked inside a tire shop, this place is as authentic Punjabi dhaba food as it can get. Made us lament the absence of high quality street style north indian food in big metro centres, we ended up ordering family size portions to take back home to Phoenix. Really tasty and scrumptious food!

One of the best pronthas I’ve ever tasted at a restaurant/truck stop. A guy named “Gagan” prepared the food. Stuffing was so delicious. I have never tasted such an amazing stuffed prantha at any other truck stop. Service was great! “Khulley dil naal stuffing paayi si” Loved it!
