I got an order of cow heel soup and a chicken patty through DoorDash today. For starters, they forgot the chicken patty which is okay (not really) because mistakes happen. But now i take out the soup from the container just to find ONE PIECE of meat and it’s all bone! Not sure who the manager is, but please do better and make a good example out of the community. This is unacceptable and customers shouldn’t pay insane prices for low quality and small volumes of food. I will never be ordering from here again, as it’s my second time ordering soup and yet my second time receiving nothing but broth and bone.

The service I received tonight was top tier. The ladies preparing my order: spoke clear, made eye contact, very warm and explained the process of my roti orders.
I walk out shout CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT, CLASSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s been a very long time- that I walked into a Caribbean restaurant and the customer service was this epic! I spent over $200 and drove 35mins to this place. They call themselves flavor and spice… but I have yet to tase any flavor or spice. Doubles tasless, paper not spicy, curries have no taste. We put the curries back on the stove to add flavor and spice just so it wasn’t a complete waste! Their dhal puri is not bad

The food is decent but not for the price. I ordered a roast pork fried rice, rasta pasta and a small order of oxtail and it came out to $72 which is very steep for the amount of food you are getting. For the food mentioned above the wait time was about 45 mins which is quite long considering I was the only person in the restaurant.
Moving onto the food, the quality is good with the portion size being considerable. However I just can’t justify it for the price. I would say this place is worth a try as I only has a couple of items from the menu but for me unless the prices get adjusted there are other alternatives in the area.

My experience was very subpar at this establishment. The menu was not clear and very poorly explained. The food was absolutely not good. The wontons had chicken bone/cartilage pieces inside of every bite which made it hard to enjoy. The chicken fried rice does not have cut up chicken pieces but a quarter piece of tasteless chicken, with some sort of mystery tasting sauce. The fried rice tasted very sour, similar to like dish water. I wish I was exaggerating, I was unable to finish the $32 worth of food. I am so disappointed, this truly motivated me to leave more reviews about my experiences. The cashier was kind about the extra wait time.The atmosphere is also relaxed.

Please do not buy doubles from here. It’s a thin rubber bake. I asked the lady how can you sell something like this. She told me I told Melanie people complaining and she said don’t worry they will buy it. This place smells as soon as you enter …OPEN THE DOOR GET THE SMELL OUT or get proper ventilation. Will never be back here

I am so sorry to report this review, I got the runs at this place. Something told me not to order because of the food handling, the young girl had on glves to put food together, then she take gloves off, and still touches the warmer that the food is in with no gloves, the mother never had on a glove. I am glod to report that I am okay, its a cute little shop, the door is dirty around the frame, the food handling is not the best. Be careful, and btw, i shaed my oxtail roti with another person and they had the runs as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews I always feel like going in person restaurants do things better cause your there ordering on uber eats you just get what you get I spent 35$ 16$ on curry goat just to receive 2 lil pieces and a piece that looks big but half of it is bone 3 pieces of meat altogether for 16$ and a potato and plenty rice I’ve never ordered goat even a small plate and was able to count the pieces on top of that look how dry the big piece look only thing missing from this picture is the potato I moved to see if I was food under it
