Ate here for the 2nd time and loved it. Food is great, people are nice, cant beat it. I had the quesadillas half gyro and ground beef. My homegirl had this bring your own chips and they put toppings in your bag situation. The green sauce is spicy, dont get that it you do not like hot stuff.

Amazing food, wonderful people, and phenomenal flavor, at an amazing price. In my 33 years on this Earth, I can honestly say this is among the best food I’ve ever enjoyed. Every time we visit D.C. this is a must stop to eat and drink! (Only a short 10 minute drive from D.C.) Shout out to Chandler who made our amazing rice bowls and gave us good food and a great time! If you like food, and you enjoy clean, fresh flavors for all to enjoy, Flavor Hive is for you! We will see you again soon! Also, don’t sleep on the Palestine soda!!!! Refreshing, light, and goes great with the flavors of the food! Even if you don’t like soda, especially the carbonation, try the orange Palestine soda, you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I stopped in at one of the permanent locations. We had a cool experience. The girl that made ours didn’t hardly talk to us. She just looked at the paper and made our order. We have been watching flavor hive videos for awhile the food was fantastic. The bag deal is unbeatable, hands down the best food truck food I have had in a long time, and it’s a LOT of food. Loaded fries are amazing.
Next time I’m near a location, I’ll definitely be getting the bag deal with fries!!!!!!!

So I’ve been to alexandria truck, and annadale store front. Had great experiences with fresh veggies, lots of meat, and everything on it.
Today, we tried the manassas food truck since it was 5min from my home. Worst experience ever. One, the guy in the truck wouldn’t listen to anything. We finally got our bag of chips with meat, onions, and green sauce after we told the guy we needed everything except cheese.
He said they we’re out of tomataoes, rice, and white sauce. I was “ok” with it. That’s when i realized the meat was blood cold. And the sauce made it worse. Brought up to the guys attention, and he said, “That’s all we have, and it’s cold outside, and the meat got cold.” And handed me a cup of white sauce which was packed for to go. Really? Kidding me? So, a food truck with no stove? It was 70 degrees outside today.
I just walked back to my car, came home and dumped the bag in trash. Never ever giving my money to this business unless the practices are changed here in manassas. Good luck on opening the store here in manassas and keep the same practices and see what happens.

Pretty cool. They give you a lot of food, there was a pink haired girl with a cool outfit dancing in line and everyone was having fun. I did the walking taco type thing it was yummy. Fun after a night out or just when you need something comforting.
Guys behind the counter are fun to will try to make you smile.

To find this place you have to go in the back of the office building next to the McDonald’s on Duke Street in Alexandria. Once you find it, you’re in for a treat. I had the chicken with rice and all vegetables with white sauce and green sauce. It was SO delicious! If you’re in the Alexandria area, do yourself a favor and have some tasty halal food from the truck.

Yesterday the truck was in Waldorf, MD. They advertised it on social media and a good crowd turned out. The wait was over an hour long when I got there at 3:14p, some people paid $25 to skip the line as it was freezing cold! For the rest of us we endured, and got to place our order around 4:30pm.
The experience was great, they took drone footage and had a videographer. Everyone was patiently waiting and the staff was pleasant moving things along.
The food was really good, but the beef a bit too salty for me, I got beef and chicken mixed. I would say yhe quality and type of your bag of chips matters a great deal. You also have the option of getting a rice bowl almost like Chipotle. But they were out of certain toppings with robbed me of the full experience I was trying to get.
All in all I would try it again. 9/10 because of the salty protein, since chips are already salty, they can reduce the salt a lot more during prep.

But the real MVP move was me bringing my own bag of Fritos scoops chips and having them fill it with that delicious chicken and gyro meat, onions, cilantro, and green sauce. It’s next-level delicious and honestly one of the best street food experiences you can have. The mix of juicy meat, fresh herbs, and their signature sauce is a game-changer.
