Very good experience. I went here with my dad. It was mildly cold today so it wasn’t as pleasant but that’s user error. Very delicious ice cream flavors (I got chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter crunch) and he got mozzarella sticks. Recommend coming

Went here to try the bubblegum ice cream that I enjoyed during childhood – this 90 degree day would be the perfect time to see if it’s as good as I remembered. Unfortunately it must still be a popular flavor because all they had left was the soft serve flavorburst. Decent but doesn’t compare to getting little chunks of gum with every bite.
My partner got the deluxe cheeseburger which she enjoyed and we shared an order of fries. Everything decent.
They handle the continuous line of vehicles and walk ups pretty efficiently. Wait times werent too long and the service was friendly enough.

Love this place, love the upside down banana split. But when you look online and see that it’s open drive there to find that they are closed I’m sure for the winter kind of gets you upset that’s why I’m giving it only a 3 star rating.

Poor customer service I had to keep repeating my order if you don’t know how to listen when someone is placing a order then maybe you shouldn’t be at the drive through taking orders on the headset… I finally gave up and just pulled up at the window because the girl couldn’t hear anything and then didn’t even apologize. 7 something for ice cream nachos and they look nothing like the picture on their menu.

Mid; my root beer float tasted so synthetic; the root beer tasted just like the root beer float esco bar vape. the ice cream is worse quality than mcdonald’s. the cookies and cream is freezer burnt and tastes sandy. we also had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to open the sliding door to take our order. don’t let the 4.6 star reviews fool you. i went here for the first time excited to try a new shop and left wanting to jump in front of the train near us. how do you mess up ice cream?

Flavor freeze has always been one of my favorite ice cream places in Elkhart by far I grew up getting it from a child to my adult life with my kiddos I always get the same twist chocolate and vanilla cone and you get so much for the price you pay ! I wouldn’t ever pick another ice cream place as my first pick except here I hope they continue to stay right there where they are for a long time down the road

What a joke! We stopped for a small twist in a cup, blue moon cup, strawberry pie in a cup, and a cookies and cream and butter pecan in a waffle cone; their waffle cone crumbled and did not support the ice cream at all. The cookies and cream ice cream was freezer burnt, and I never got butter pecan; they put cookie dough ice cream instead and I called them to let them know and they did not even offer to make me another ice cream or make it better! Line was long after us and two people were walking in front of my vehicle and I got horns from the back. No thanks. We will not be back; my ice cream made it out the window.
