My husband and I stopped by Flavor 91 Bistro today for a day date, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was truly top-tier — friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for our visit.
We started with the Flavor 91 Sambusa, which was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. For our entrées, we ordered the Flavor Burger and the Flavor 91 Lamb Burger, and both were cooked to perfection — juicy, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was delicious and clearly made with care.
The vibe was great as well. The restaurant has a fun, relaxed atmosphere with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, great music, and multiple TVs, making it a perfect spot whether you’re out for a casual meal, date night, or meeting up with friends.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, Flavor 91 Bistro is a must-visit!

Flavor 91 Bistro has been voted best wings in all of Ohio! After eating here I can see why. The Ethiopian BBQ Wings are my favorite and flavorful, the best wings I’ve had thus far! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings, Roosters, Wing Stop, Etc-etc.
I dined ️ here twice in the same week. This place had been on my eatery list of places to try for a while and God made it happen! I was treated by an associate and friend and the food was absolutely delicious! Wild Caught Salmon Burger, Fresh Cut Fries, Ethiopian BBQ Wings, Axum BBQ Wings, and Ginger Tea while was the bomb I loved and savored ever the flavor of 91 Bistro on my tongue lol I am looking forward to visiting again! Customer service was also great!

Family owned business serving scrumptious Ethiopian-American food. Owner gave me a few samples to try since it was my first time visiting. Everything was delicious, especially the mushroom cream soup, chili, and the chicken dip. I ordered the chicken avocado wrap, sambusas, and the ginger cinnamon tea. The wrap wasn’t as flavorful as the other items I had but the fries it came with were seasoned very well. The sambusas on the other hand were to die for! Definitely order the ginger cinnamon tea cold if you’re looking for something light and refreshing. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Cbus.

We heard they had good hamburgers here and decided to try them out. We were not disappointed. The various hamburgers were enjoyed along with a chicken wrap. You must try their cinnamon-ginger sweet tea. Their spinach dip with the homemade tortilla chips was a tasty appetizer. But I have to say the most surprising thing was the impromptu line dancing! There is even an instructor if needed. Very entertaining.

Stopped in for pickup I got the Salmon Sandwich (without the bun), it was the best and so fresh! The spinach dip was great! I had the Homemade Cinnamon Ginger Hot Tea and Mama’s Cinnamon Ginger Sweet Tea, oh my goodness, they were both delicious. Everything was so refreshingly delicious. The atmosphere was so nice. The people who work there were beyond courteous. I can’t wait to go back.

When we pulled up to an odd strip mall, we almost got back in the car and found somewhere else to eat but ultimately decided to give it a shot.
When we went in, it was completely empty and the TV volume was up so insanely loud that it was overstimulating. Even though the waitress was really nice, the overall vibes were just not great.
Now onto the food, the chicken strips and french fries were amazing. Probably some of my favorite fries in the city. The burger and chicken sandwich were mid. Overrated and overpriced. The flavoring on both was very odd and no one at our table liked them.
Overall, we found the experience underwhelming and disappointing. Also, they give free appetizers if you write a good review so I’d take all the good reviews that include pictures with a huge grain of salt.

Very good local restaurant with an Ethiopian flair. Service was fantastic, gave us a bunch of samples to try. Wings were good, nice crisp exterior. Chicken wrap was good, Chicken had nice flavor. Only improvement is fries need to be crispier.
