Jerk chicken wings were the best wings I’ve had in my life no bs. Oxtail was super tender it just melts in your mouth. I was staying in SF for a week and had 3 people tell me to check them out, I’m very glad I did. Will definitely go again when I’m back in the area next week. Pretty small place so it can fill up quick but if you have to wait do it. You will be happy you did

We were in the area and decided to stop by for jerk chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. We also ordered the collard greens, and they were really tasty as well. Everything was flavorful and satisfying — we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We happened to pass by this restaurant and decided to give it a try.
Wow—what an amazing surprise! Every single dish was absolutely delicious, and their jerk chicken wings were unforgettable—we kept thinking about them for days after!

On top of that, the service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. We truly loved this place and can’t wait to come back again!

Friday night I I order from here for the first time. I was very disappointed I had order 4 items. Two in which I put specific instructions. I order a burger Plain. & it came with everything we ended throwing away as my son will not eat it. & we order a salad with No tomatoes & it came with tomatoes. I know it be easy to removed but highly allergic to raw tomatoes so even removing it would had not done the trick. I called & all I was offer was a discount which I wouldn’t take because I do not live close to establishment. I was very disappointed & I do not know if I will be back. As instructions are not even taken in consideration from my point of view.

This is my go-to spot now! I ordered the combo plate with oxtail and jerk chicken. SO DELICIOUS AND FLAVA-FUL. The meats are juicy and falls off the bone. I can’t wait to come back here again.

I ordered Jerk chicken with extra gravy, with rice and peas and plantains. I was excited to try Jamaican food in the Bay, however I was greeted by a small portion with sloppy presentation when I opened my meal.
– This restaurant serves the worst rice and peas, not only are they bland but the rice was overcooked and mushy. Pre chewed.
– The plantains were just as awful, not only are they unappealing to the eye and taste nothing like Jamaican plantains.
– Lastly, the jerk chicken was severely underwhelming. Dry, tough to chew, unseasoned, bland flavor, no spice. I asked for extra gravy to be put on the side. I was surprised to be given this tiny jelly consistency sauce that was not even anything reminiscent of jerk flavors.
Overall, the food being made in the kitchen lacks integrity, much like the service provided. Save your money and eat somewhere that will leave you feeling satisfied rather than hungry for more flavor.

Nothing about this place is authentic Jamaican food. Jerk chicken made in the oven and not a grill…….no cabbage or any veggie. 0 stars. Food is cooked for Americans. Nasty

Definitely a place to try. Its not a fancy restaurant and it’s not trying to be one. But if you want good jamaican food with friendly service. This is the place.

The best Jamaican food If you are ever in the San Francisco and looking for authentic Jamaican food, this is the place to go to. I had the pork, rice and peas, plantains and veggies. For dessert I had the sweet potato pudding topped with rum and raisins ice cream

I’ve ordered from here many times and lately it’s been off.
I spent $140 to get six individual pieces of oxtail when I ordered four orders of oxtail. I also got the jerk chicken….incredibly unflavored jerk chicken…
In the past, I would get between four and six pieces oxtail of varying size per order!!!

I called the store and some dude answered the phone and demanded I come to the store to negotiate with the chef about my issue…. To which I gave him a prompt ” pls”
I was under the impression. Jamaican spoke English-patois as a first language…I speak very good English, and he acted like he could not understand anything I was saying, despite him being clearly Jamaican.
Absolute disappointment, waste of money never ordering again.
