I sit here writing this review 50 minutes after arriving. Took 30 minutes to be seated (there wasn’t a line…just no staff). Afterwards we were basically abandoned outside. Once again no staff. Whoever the general manager is should be embarrassed. I won’t even show the food. A better representation of my experience is this wait to be seated sign.

We came in on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was closed. We were told the restaurant wasn’t open because they just didn’t have enough customers. After being told we could eat in the bar area we decided to stay. Food choices were limited, and the fryer was broken. What we did end up ordering was fairly good. Our dessert was initially served in a to go box even though we had planned to enjoy it there. Service was great but just wasn’t enough to make us want to return.

I’m so grossed out right now. I had floating stuff in my beer, and I refused to drink it. Had floating stuff in my Sprite again, didn’t drink it. This place needs to clean out their lines. Absolutely apauling to think this is at a Marriott. The French fries were amazing and truly the only good part of our food. It’s extremely overpriced and not worth a visit. I would highly not recommend drinking here!!!

outstanding all the way around. love this place. Visited recently and Sarah remembered our beverage order from last February! What outstanding service and atmosphere.
The vibe is wonderfully low key and comfy especially if you want a quiet conversation. The bartenders are friendly and just the right amount of chat or not as you like it. Mixologist masters as well.

It was an emotional and crazy college move weekend for the family. The Flatz was convenient for breakfast to help us get prepared for the long day ahead. Food was good, atmosphere was good, and the service was great. Sofia was so kind and patient with our requests and she served us with a smile. What a great way to start any day. Typical buffet breakfast with made to order omelets and other Eggs. Only one young lady working all the tables, but she kept us filled with coffee and water. Omelet was really good, fruit was fresh, plenty of other choices. I had a coupon for free buffet due to being a Marriott Titanium member, but would have been happy to pay the $25.

My wife, son, and myself had breakfast at Flatz each morning of our 5 night stay. Our server Sofia was fantastic and after the first morning knew our drink order before we sat down. We also had lunch at Flatz one day and it was very good. Everything was fresh and done very well.
