Outstanding atmosphere and experience but the food is amazing too. Gotta give recognition to whom deserves it….great food and service!!

We stopped at Flatts in Trinidad for lunch today and had such a great experience! It’s located inside the food court. The woman running the place was doing it all – taking orders, cooking, serving – and she was absolutely killing it. So friendly and helpful, and on top of that, an amazing cook! The food was fresh and delicious, and the warm, personal service made it even better. A true gem!

We really wanted this place to be what it’s hyped up to be. It fell disappointingly short of the good reviews and food suggestions. Quality of food didn’t match the pricing. This was our second visit because we thought maybe they had an off day, but the second visit, just confirmed it wasn’t just an “off day”. I was so hopeful for this place.

What a wonderful option to have in town! Authentic smash burgers go crazy. You can basically have anything your way here. From burgers to fish and chicken ,and a amazing variety of appetizers AND desserts. Honestly my favorite go to spot for anything.

The young lady working today was doing her absolute best !! I waited a while and watched her bust her butt being the only person there taking huge orders and just busting it out even while customers were being rude . Shame on the company for expecting this young lady to do all by herself – but she did amazing goodness really good too

The food is great every time. I like that there are so many ways to build your ideal burger. I couldn’t get enough of the fries. The shakes are also tasty. The food over all was hot and fresh. The staff is friendly. We had a party of 6, and received our order prompt and correct. Definitely a new favorite.
