Lovely wood fired pizza here! Staff was kind to accommodate my no onion no garlic Jain pizza request. I really liked how they have an open kitchen, though I would’ve liked it more if they used separate pizza cutters and gloves for meat/no-meat pizzas.

It was quite a wait, but only because the food was fantastic, so the wait was worth it. Thought it would be hot inside, with the wood burning oven dominating the room, but it was actually quite comfortable. Casual dining, they use ingredients grown locally. Salad is delicious and fresh tossed with dressing made on premises. The wood burning oven smelled amazing and our pizzas were perfectly cooked and crisp.

I came to the restaurant following good reviews and unfortunately I was disappointed. I did not like the pizza sauce, which felt unseasoned and with a sweetness that was not to my taste. The service and the atmosphere were both good. They have a brick oven and you can see how the pizza is made. Free parking on the street near the restaurant.

We absolutely loved this place!! We had two pizzas (pepperoni and mushrooms and the P.E.) and both were delicious!! The service was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very cozy! Regarding prices, one large pizza for two people costs roughly $25, which I think is reasonable. Highly recommend it!!

We as a family really enjoy a good pizza. We were not disappointed by the recommendation from a cruise ship officer to try this local pizza establishment while visiting Paia near Maui, HI. The pizza you see here pictured is Joe’s Heart and was awesome with the house made fresh herb topping! Wonderful brick oven taste, and just be mindful there may be a 15-20 minute wait because they have a great reputation there. Park off stree if you can as the main road parking creates a challenge and is usually full. Convenient wood log waiting benches on the outside of the restaurant for your convenience while waiting to be texted when your table is ready!

This was probably one of our favorite restaurants. Set in a quaint little area near Twin Falls. Really good service. The food and drinks were incredible. This is a must for any of your restaurant stops. We had pizza of course and Mai Tais.

One of the best pizza places. We visited few times during our trip to Maui. We ordered their day specials which were indeed special ones: delicious, baked fresh in wood oven, customised to your needs. Amazing friendly staff, they take care of you very well with great suggestions and quick service. It is on road to hana and in a small gorgeous paia village. Finding a parking spot is bit difficult during peak hours.

Flatbread was a great stop after we traveled back from Hana. Parking is tough in Paia. The atmosphere, service and food were awesome. The seats in front of the oven are very warm, I would suggest asking to be seated in a different spot.

The food at the restaurant was very good. I did like the decorations around the restaurant too. The service though was terrible. Our waiter never came to refill our drinks, and we had to go and ask for the check. The bathroom was bad too. In a place that has well over 50 people in the restaurant at a time, there is only one men’s toilet, and the lock on it is very finicky too.

Came here for pizza. The large here was bigger than expected (note I’m Canadian and the large is pretty small here from the chain stores). The place was busy but we managed to get our drinks and dipping sauce (though this one did take awhile longer since our server was too busy). Pizza was good though! Would recommend to try at least once and there is free public parking nearby so you don’t have to pay to park! (As of April 2023)
