The ribeye was good. A bit over seasoned, the seasoning was also inconsistent across the steak. The seasoning was good just too much and it was over powering. Steak was good well and tender. Mashed potatoes and gravy were not very warm. Also most cold. Service was good, the waitress was swamped but she was doing the best she could with how busy the place was. The bar atmosphere was very cool, all the wood work in the building was very well done and it looks very classy. Over all I would recommend eating here. When I’m in the area again will eat here again

The flat iron steak was so delicious and tender. Seasoned to perfection. The server was extremely pleasant. Loved the atmosphere. Clean delightful place.

We don’t get to go out often but we’ve gotten to visit the Flat Iron twice recently and had excellent service (Kari was our waitress) and great food! This last time we even learned about some yummy desserts! Kari was so kind, courteous and did a wonderful job! She treated my kids so well- especially since one of them is autistic and she took her time with him. It is so nice to not have to be rushed! I can’t stand having to hurry up and order when people are breathing down my neck! I hope we didn’t get her in trouble. She even replaced the items on the salad bar right away for us when I mentioned the one salad was almost out (even though we were finished going to the salad bar.) Our drink refills were very prompt and right on the money. I hope to get Kari if we go back again. Very family friendly and a nice environment for all!

Standard pub fair. Sandwiches, burgers and a ribeye option. I don’t believe they are normally open Saturday for lunch but the gun show was in town. I understand they have prime rib offerings Friday and Saturday evenings. I had a very good Ruben. The manager was friendly and was also the server and bartender on this day. I will go back to try their prime rib.

A group of 8 of us stopped here last night after a high school basketball game. It was 8:00pm and we were over 2 hours from home. The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly, and our server didn’t seem to mind at all that we came in so late. The atmosphere and decor, even in the restrooms, was classy and everything was clean! I wish I didn’t live 2 hours away or I would be a frequent customer! Highly recommend!

Got there right at closing time and started to turn around and they came outside and said come on in. Super friendly and the food was great! Staff never once made us feel rushed, and the place looks as beautiful as the ladys running the place. A must stop if you are driving thru and worth the time to stop by if it’s out the way even.

Stopped in for lunch and had the Maple Bacon Burger with sweet potato fries. It was delicious! Highly recommend it.
