We have lived in Sevier county, Tennessee for 3 years, yet, we have never eaten at a Pancake house…until today. We decided to try Flapjacks. We appreciated them putting salt down to melt the ice in the entryway outside the front door. Us older people do want steady footing, especially in the snow and ice.
We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and taken to a nice booth. The waitress arrived shortly after and was extremely friendly. She took our drink order and was back in a flash. We placed our food order. The food arrived just a few minutes later. We were surprised at how quick they got it out to us. The waffle and pancakes are huge. The skillet meal was delicious as were the eggs and sausage. Our waitress did a superb job of taking care of us.We really enjoyed her professional service. The food was outstanding not only in presentation, but in flavor. The entire building is charming and very clean. We will definitely return and hopefully bring guests with us to enjoy this wonderful restaurant.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. We accidentally arrived almost closing time, but Robin was so pleasant and accommodating! She was a great waitress to us. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Everything exceeded expectations and was a great experience overall. Will definitely be back again! Thank you all for the great food and service!

Flapjacks in Kodak has the best breakfast, best service, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The quantity of quality food is at a great price and every time our server has been so nice and hospitable! Today our waitress Mary Beth was exceptional! It’s worth the 25min drive for a delicious breakfast. Glad I don’t live any closer or I’d eat here way too much!

Food was Fantastic! I had the Sauasage and egg (over easy) breakfast. Patties were cooked just right with a little bit of crispy like I like them. Eggs were perfect as well.

My husband and I stopped in here before starting our day along the whiskey trail. We arrived and were immediately greeted and seated. We sat and our drink orders were taken and then after given some time to look at the menu, our food orders were taken. I ordered the meat lovers omelet with hash browns. My husband ordered the sticky bun pancakes with blueberries.
Our food came out shortly after placing our order and was nice and warm. My omelet and hash browns were good. My husband’s pancakes came out good. He liked the added blueberries.
They were playing music in the dining room, but it clashed with the music coming from the kitchen. The service was good and the server checked on us periodically and refilled drinks when appropriate.

My favorite breakfast place! The GF berry pancakes were AMAZING! Enough to share. My friend had the fritters (a must order!) and grits. She loved them.
The menu has lots of choices! I was just excited that they started making GF items, which is a rare find. This location is right off the freeway, near Buccees!

Went for breakfast and our server was a young lady named Emily who was so cheerful kind and helpful that she helped us decide what to order. My Wife & I enjoyed the waffles and chicken tenders drizzled with honey and had a huge pancake with butter and maple syrup. All were super delicious and very fresh. Again our server was so attentive warm and visited frequently to see we were enjoying that it made our meal even better and such a pleasure. I highly recommend going here for breakfast or brunch as we Loved it!!!

Once you step inside, it gives that rustic log cabin feel. We had the Wonderland and Berry Pancakes. Very large portions for both meals. The eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked as ordered. They have some of the best biscuits that I ever had! Pancakes were phenomenal and I love the big sausage links. The staff was all smiles, polite, and attentive. We were in town for four days and ate at Flapjack’s twice. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Food was amazing and they were really accommodating, first time eating there and with the family the gas is asstronomical. Pun intended, good gosh talk about gassy warfare when we went out in public. I’m talking about the ones you can’t hold. Oh lord the smell. It could kill small children or fish depending on the situation. We had gone to target after and bless the people we left behind. The other family members came in after and they had to suffer round two. Highly recommend the corned beef hash. You can’t get that at many places and it’s my favorite meal. I was excited to see it. The busicuts are top tier and the portions are huge. Definitely worth the try.
