Great food, service and atmosphere! I love the fact that 2 pancakes come with all skillets. Food was delicious, service was right on point, and it was quick. Didn’t want more than 10 minutes for a table on a busy Sunday morning, and it was 10 minutes or less for our food to come out after ordering.

We stopped here on the way from our accomodations at Carr’s Cottages since this is within walking distance. Definitely recommend for the great pancake options. The pancakes are huge and thick, and come with so many fun options available. I got the plain since I’m watching my sugar intake, but hubby got mixed berry and loved them.
The place is efficiently run with plenty of servers.
They leave a carafe of coffee at your table, and serve you warm syrup. Both are great touches
The wooden tables with wooden benches are a bit hard and worn down, but it is a clean place. The women’s restroom was very clean and well taken care of – big kudos to whoever is responsible for that.

We had a very nice meal at this Flapjacks before we left Gatlinburg. We went on a Sunday morning & the wait for a table was close to 30 mins, but that wasnt a problem, as long as we were able to sit at a table in time before they closed for the afternoon. My chocolate chip pancakes tasted great & part of me felt like a kid again as I ate them haha. My turkey sausage patty hit the spot as well! The coffee & the milk in a jar gave this place a very “home” feeling, along with the wood cabin type atmosphere. I have been to a few different Flapjacks now & they never disappoint in my opinion.

Unfortunately the food disappointed across the board. The staff was super nice and friendly but the food just let us down. Everyone’s plate was luke warm at best. The cheese grits had no taste or cheese. My fried chicken was crispy but dry inside and the waffle lacked crisp. Pancakes were decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe my expectations were higher. I really had high hopes for here.

Late morning breakfast and it was good. The choices were standard breakfast offerings and were plentiful. There was a wait but it went quick. Once seated the service was good and responsive. Highly recommend this location.

Staff was very nice! Both the hostess and the waitress were kind. The waitress was very attentive. The food was great. It was cozy and cute. Prices were not bad at all, about $13 or so for a meal. Even with it being busy, the wait wasn’t long.

The atmosphere is awesome it truly represents Gatlinburg and tennessee the people are amazing and the restaurant feels very much like home when you walk in and the food is top notch as expected. Will be returning next year because the kids love the Jr Bear Pancake Breakfast
