No wait for seating. A vast menu filled with diner favorites. Overall good quality tasty diner food. We ordered the Mexican Omelette, grits, corn beef hash, and strawberry crepe.. The overall service is quick and the waitresses are friendly. Someone is always walking around refreshing coffee and refilling water glasses.

If you are in or near Indianapolis, IN looking for breakfast or lunch then this is a must stop. The ambiance is very welcoming and warm with plenty of seating and free parking lot. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is awesome as there is something here for everyone. They have over 60 items to choose from. Had the Turtle Pancakes and crepes. The portion sizes are very large and the presentation of the food is even better. Must go.

They have really gone down the drain. Chicken noodle soup was so salty I needed an entire cup of hot water. Philly cheesesteak was also extremely salty. I just drank the soup and ate the chips and took the cheesesteak home and ate it with another large piece of bread. Business has been very bad since they raised prices. Stay away from this location, owner seems extremely greedy 25% price hike as same skillet is now $13.49. Brownsburg did not increase prices as much and same skillet is still at $10.39 and food is still great.

Hidden gem! Service is fast and friendly. Food is fantastic and portions generous. Good bargain. Very clean and bright, though the decor is a little basic. Flap Jacks is fast becoming our go to breakfast spot when in Indianapolis.

Absolutely delicious!!!! Our server was patient, attentive and worth the tip he received. The hot chocolate mugs are little small but the food was delicious in the restaurant and the leftovers later!!! You should stop in with the family.

It’s about what you’d expect for a little diner. Nothing was atrocious, and nothing was spectacular. Our service wasn’t overly friendly, but it was decent. I was surprised by how quickly our food came out. Not bad.

It’s pretty rare I leave a review considering I’m a truck driver and I eat out daily. My Greek omelette and pancakes were really good. The cooks here made everything perfect. Thanks for a great breakfast!

This is a great place to have breakfast lunch or dinner, or breakfast anytime. The food is delicious. The staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is very clean and the food comes out very quickly if you have a short lunch period. There is plenty of parking and it is all free. The restaurant is very close to interstate 465 on west 71st street.
