We had a really great family breakfast at Flap Jacks this morning.
This is one of our favorite places to have breakfast. The portions are so generous and the food is always cooked to our preferences. Overall great breakfast.
I had the chopped steak & eggs. Seasoning was good, the eggs I ordered over medium were cooked correctly. The gravy could use a little more sausage but it was pretty good. Kids French toast was nice serving size.
Our server was also extremely nice and kept our coffees filled, made sure to ask if we needed any extra sauces etc. She brought our bill to us promptly as well. All the staff seem very nice.

Love this place. Their portions are large. Love how you can get hash browns and pancakes with your omelette. The Mexican omelette is my favorite. Waffle are amazing plain or with strawberries, bananas and pecans. Amanda was our waitress she was amazing. Food comes out very quickly. Enjoyed how one of the hostess/ waitress welcome us with smile and even spoke Spanish. Plenty of parking. We had a large group from our congregation and everyone got their order right and everyone loved what they order.

Quaint place, that’s not to loud. Service is fast, food is hot, and delicious!! Waitresses are friendly, and helpful. Quesadillas are awesome, and the fries there are sooo good. They have the best fries ever!! It’s definitely worth the drive! Prices are fairly decent, well worth the food!!! The Belgian Waffle is big, and filling, tastes great too!!

My wife and I come here every Friday while the kiddos are in school. We love this place so much. Such a warm place with the best staff in town. They know their customers and make a point to get personal with us. The food here is excellent. I usually get the same thing because I am a creature of habit….pancakes with eggs and toast and bacon or sausage. Today, I broke habit and got a Monte Cristo with fries. And I must say, best fries anywhere. So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with much flavor. If in Plainfield do as the quakers do, eat here. And I’m just adding to this post 1 year later, I finally made it a point to personally tell the owner of this establishment how much we love this place and their staff
