Surprisingly, when our group got there they we sat right away. The service was good, food was good, drinks were good. The location inside and out was clean, bathrooms were clean. As we were sitting there the place really started to fill up and get very busy. We had a great experience. I usually take pictures, but I was with a big group and completely forgot. My salad came out looking just like the picture. Thank you.

This is a place that me and my sister love to meet for lunch. We get the ribeye almost every time and we are always satisfied and happy with our lunch. Staff is always helpful and friendly great atmosphere and great food. Love this place.

This is my second time eating at Flanagan’s and the food (to me) is just okay. Not bad, not great, just okay. Our server (Becky) was great even though she was new. My drink was okay at best and my steak was just okay as well. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but never say never.

I went in Tuesday lunchtime. There were 15 minutes waiting time. While we were waiting outside, we sat in an outside bar. Heather was my waitress. She came over right away and took our drink order. Despite the time of a busy day, service was prompt, and food portion is always generous over there. It became one of my favorite places these days. I highly recommend it.

I don’t know who trains the staff here, but they should be promoted. Everyone gets welcomed when they come in. The hostess introduces herself, as does waitstaff. Customers are made to feel welcome. There are Trivial Pursuit cards at every table. There is a book, yes a book of special promotions they have. I go the chicken wings and onion strings. My server wasn’t happy with the onion strings and sent them back. I never even saw them. She said they weren’t up to standards. I LOVE that. The wings were very good, and I’m picky about wings. The iced tea was good and refillable. I got a cup to take home, and if I bring the cup back, I get a discount. I went a second time and got the prime rib. It was cooked perfectly medium rare. It has a black pepper and garlic seasoning which I didn’t care for, but that’s just preference. I like mine salty. The sweet potato fried were served with cinnamon sugar and were delicious. I had the chocolate cake for dessert, which was also very good. They have a lot of drink specials. I hear the place is packed for football, and with a gazillion TV’s and food this good, I can see why.
