The atmosphere and service were great, and my family really enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, my favorite dish—which was the only thing I usually order—is no longer on the menu. I tried a burger instead and was very unimpressed. Overall, it was a mixed experience for me personally, though others at my table were happy.

Took my grandfather here for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. The staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. My grandpa was embarrassed to leave his walker next to our table where it might be in the way, and one of the staff members offered to hold it in the back for us. Food was incredible. When we finished eating, despite managing a line of Super Bowl pickup orders, the manager (Todd) stopped what he was doing and personally brought the walker back out to us.
Truly wonderful staff. Great food. Great place.

We have been coming to Flanigan’s for over 10 years and have always loved the food and service. That’s why I’m sharing this, because this experience was disappointing.
We originally signed up for a table for 7 and were told a specific wait time, but we ended up waiting much longer than promised. During that long wait, one more person joined our group, making us 8.
When we were finally seated, the table only had 6 chairs, even though we had requested a table for 7. We mentioned this and asked for the missing chair. Instead of helping with that first, the staff member repeatedly told us (more than twice) that because we had signed up for 7 and were now 8, we had to leave the table, sign up again, and wait all over again.
We then explained that we were first just asking to complete the 7 seats we had originally requested, and later asked if it was possible to add one more chair for the 8th person. Both times, she kept repeating the same answer, without offering any alternative or showing empathy.
In the end, a child had to sit on her parent’s lap, and later we were only given 7 plates for our wings, which made things uncomfortable.
I would like to highlight that our server, Lou, was excellent as always: professional, attentive, and kind. She truly made the experience better.
We are loyal customers and truly enjoy this restaurant. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that situations like this can be handled with more understanding and better customer service in the future.

Daniel was an amazing server super friendly and help me with my mom who was disabled. A total pleasure! Alexa the hostess was amazing and friendly and Todd as well. All went above and beyond to help my mom who is blind and handicapped. Food was amazing too!

I recently started to come to this Flanigan’s after moving nearby. Wow! Every time the service and food just gets better!! Sammy, the hostess, is AMAZING! She’s the kindest every time I come, she’s learned my name! Always super helpful and accommodating, answers every question. The food is absolutely delicious! 10/10 in the kitchen! I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken pasta and it was stellar! My server was awesome, super funny and quick service! I love it here. Cannot wait to come visit my Flanigan’s family!

We had dinner at Flanigan’s in South Miami tonight and walked away full, happy, and only slightly hard of hearing. Four stars for the food, four stars for the service, and three stars for the atmosphere—and here’s why:
We ordered the prime rib and the full rack of ribs, both from the specials menu. Each came with a drink, a salad, a side, and a generous helping of food that left no room for dessert (or complaints). The prime rib was just $18.99, the ribs were $24, and both were delicious. You don’t find value like that every day!
Our server was friendly, on point, and didn’t miss a beat—especially impressive considering the volume of the music. Which brings me to that third star for atmosphere: the music was actually great—but so loud you had to lean in and yell like you were at a rock concert just to tell your dining partner you were enjoying your meal. Romantic dinner? Not unless your idea of sweet talk is shouting “THE RIBS ARE AMAZING!” across the table.
All in all, it’s a lively spot with big portions, good vibes, and pricing that feels like a win. Just maybe bring your earplugs or a notepad if you plan on having a conversation.

This flanis never disappoints! It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food comes out in a descent amount of time. I usually like to go for some sports games or weekends at night. It can get busy sometimes but they are quick to respond to any needs. I have ordered takeout for 2 and it has been ready in 15 minutes or less. I love to order their rib rolls and BBQ ribs. I do find their chicken wings to be just as good. Fun place to be at all the times and a cool staff. Wish there was a closer one near Princeton but this is the closest one for now.

The spare ribs were phenomenally delicious!!! Wow! I don’t normally order ribs for lunch but I’m glad I did! They were tender, fell off the bone, good BBQ sauce delicious! The Philly cheese steak melts were yummy as well. Loved the curley fries. My frozen Mudslide was decorated with chocolate sauce, a cherry and whipped cream. Looking forward to my 2nd meal there!

An outstanding experience at Flanigan’s! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Lorena took care of us in an extraordinary way—her kindness, the way she explained the menu, and her recommendations were simply perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We always recommend the Full Rack BBQ with coleslaw and the Crackers Shrimp, but honestly, everything on the menu is amazing. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants. We’ll be back!
