Great neighborhood “hangout” in the South End! Wed through Saturday. Its beside the market which sells craft beer and to-go food and some grocery items.
The sitting area outside is chill- live music sometimes, draft beer, sliders are really good- so is the caprese on a “stick”. Always fun to have a new place to hang out when one lives in Concord, NH

We stopped here for a quick bite on our way up to the lakes. Insanely disappointed. Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 wraps. Chicken BLT and a chicken Caesar wrap. Waited 20 mins for these wraps but that’s not the problem… take a look at the photos. I paid 11 dollars for a snack of a wrap. My hand is in the picture for scale but mind you I have no NBA type hands. These are dainty hands made for typing on a computer. I still ate the thing but could not taste anything other than a load of white wrap in my mouth. look at the picture! Second… the caesar wrap didn’t even have the croutons as it said in the menu. Absolutely no value. Gonna go to nadeaus next time.

Great place for cold or hot sandwiches. You order at one counter and pay at another while waiting for your order. Wine by the bottle, beer, and chips available for purchase. There’s a small freezer for pints of ice cream, some individual donuts for $2 each from a local place, and a case of baked goods from their kitchen $3-3.50. Also grab and go salads and wraps available if you’re in a rush. Soups and fries available as sides. One bathroom available for paying customers to use. Picnic tables out front if you want to sit and eat.
The sandwiches are well made and tasty. Classic menu options and some creative options if you’re feeling a little adventurous. Lots to choose from on the menu. They excel in that department but their baked goods were a major disappointment. Tried a whoopie pie and it was a bit stale and tasted like artificial chocolate. I’d say go for the sandwiches but skip dessert.

I had a need for several sandwiches but found when I arrived at the shop the menu was closed for the day. After a brief conversation with the owner (Devan) he built two of the best pastrami sandwiches ever. And yes, the pickled beets on the side are to die for. Incredible food, incredible service. Flanagans will be my go to!!

I really like this deli. They have such fresh bread and I love their vegetable sandwhich. It is perfect every time. They make homemade soup and the variety is extensive. For convenience they offer premade salads, sandwhichs, Cole slaw and pasta salad.

I’m pregnant and was off to fulfill a craving. A very kind gentleman whipped up my speciality order with a smile on his face. It was absolutely delicious, the bread was so fresh, the place was very clean. Can’t recommend enough.
