⭐️ Flanagan’s is a great spot where everyone knows your name! I had heard great things about it so decided to stop by on Thursday January 8th, 2026 after work.

The parking lot access behind the building is great! Very spacious and easy to go into building from back door. The space itself is great as it’s charming! I sat at the bar and enjoyed a delicious French onion soup and a rum runner. The bartender was excellent!

I am looking forward to visiting again and having a full dinner and checking out the rest of the space! I suggest you try it!

We recently had my dad’s 70th surprise birthday here and it was a great time . Our party host Nick was very friendly and accommodating, our bar tender was awesome , the food was incredible, everything went smoothly. I will definitely be coming back in the future for nights out and other special occasions. Thank you for everyone for making the day so great

Top-tier experience at one of Ronkonkoma’s best local spots!

We had such a great experience at Lily Flanagan’s Pub — this place absolutely nails that perfect balance of lively, welcoming, and comfortable. Whether you’re a local, visiting Long Island, or meeting friends or colleagues, this is the kind of spot where you instantly feel at ease.

Huge shoutout to our server Ryan — truly exceptional. He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Ryan has that rare ability to read the table perfectly, keep the energy fun, and make everyone feel genuinely taken care of. He elevated the entire experience and is a massive asset to the restaurant. Honestly, if Ryan’s on the floor, you’re guaranteed a great night.

The atmosphere at Lily Flannagan’s is warm and social — classic pub vibes with a polished, friendly feel that makes everyone comfortable walking in. It’s a great place for a casual night out, a business meetup, or bringing people together over good food and drinks.

Everything we ordered was delicious, well-executed, and satisfying — exactly what you want from a neighborhood pub that does things right. You can tell the staff and management care about consistency, service, and creating a welcoming environment.

If you’re in Ronkonkoma or Suffolk County, this is a must-visit spot. Great food, great energy, great people — and if you’re lucky enough to get Ryan as your server, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

I visited Flanagan’s Pub about three weeks ago with a group of five, and once again it delivered a great night out. We went primarily for food, not drinks, and ordered a mix of burgers, fries, wings, and a couple of beverages. The food was above average — consistently prepared well, flavorful, and aligned with what I’ve come to expect from this location. They’ve maintained a reliable standard, and it shows.

The atmosphere is what sets Flanagan’s apart. During our visit, they had live band entertainment, which added a lot of energy to the evening without being overwhelming. It’s a fun environment that works well whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a night out with friends. Service was smooth, the staff was attentive, and the overall experience felt well-managed from start to finish.

Pricing runs slightly higher than some other local spots, but the cost is justified by the atmosphere, entertainment, and the overall quality of the experience. You’re not just paying for the meal — you’re paying for a complete night out, and in that context, it’s very reasonable.

I don’t frequent bars often, but Flanagan’s Pub is one of the few I return to occasionally because it strikes the right balance: consistently good food, lively entertainment, and a welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just standard bar fare, this is a great option.

My friend and I visited Flanagan’s Pub for the first time after I recently moved to the area. Upon entering, my friend stepped into the restroom while I waited at the host stand. Three employees, including someone who appeared to be the manager, saw me standing there but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me.

When my friend returned, he was asked if he needed a table for one; he clarified that we were a party of two. We ordered the Flanagan’s Nachos and the mac and cheese. When the nachos arrived, they appeared discolored, and the pico de gallo looked visibly old. We brought this to the waitress’s attention, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, she responded with an attitude and seemed more focused on socializing than attending to our table.

A manager briefly walked through the dining area as if to check on guests, but never engaged with us or addressed the issue. Despite the clear concerns with the food and service, no adjustment was made to the bill, and we were charged in full.

Overall, the experience reflected poor service, lack of attentiveness, and disappointing food quality. Unfortunately, this visit ensured that I will not be returning.

4.5 stars is right. We sat on the street at the curbside tables loved it out there but the traffic can be very loud with semi trucks passing and loud cars etc. Other than that. It’s a great place. We had some of the sandwiches . I had the French dip and roasted potatoes. Yum!! It was great! We also had the oysters app. Very good but not the best I have had. Prices are fair and the portions are as well.

I have been eating here for well over 10 years. They used to have hand cut fries, now they use frozen. This place used to be packed and now its not. Is it because of the changes to the menu? I have even spoken to a few friends about it. They have also noticed the change in quality. You can go anywhere for sysco frozen appetizers.

I had a small issue with the order coming out with cheese after s
Asking for it without do to a sensitivity, the server was great about trying to get it fixed but it came back out on untoasted bread that made the sandwich next to impossible to eat as served. I enjoyed the taste of the meet and I could not be happier with the service of making the situation right, I just would avoid going in close to the time the kitchen closes next time and hopefully it will be an overall great experience! Looking forward to returning soon to try again.

I went to Oder food for Super Bowl and was turned away. I was so disappointed since I have been to the bar a couple of times. The staff can have no personality and not that friendly. I ended up in Irish times where I was well received and was able to order food to go. I guess I found a new bar to go too
