When a great burger is what you crave, choose Flamme. Both burgers cooked medium well were still juicy with great char flavor. The burgers always have just the right amount of toppings. Upgrade to a pretzel bun. Fries are a la carte, and we know the burgers are so filling that we didn’t order any this time, but they are great dipped in the garlic aioli. My teens always add a milkshake. Service was great, too, but we were here for the burgers!

Reminiscent of a small college locale strip mall burger joint.with electronic wall display touting 4 (years) Indy best burger restaurant awards so the place might be for you but moderate rating here…

Burger robust flavor but truffles atop salty. Sides all ala carte pricing I.e. sufficient share quantity of sweet potato fries likely cut fresh not frozen but overcooked ok sweet potato fries may not be the easiest to prepare .

Mahi tacos (qty 2 pieces) disappointing with more messy lettuce and chopped tomatoes than fish and thus texture and flavor lacking.

Hostess was 50 % courteous (selective eye contact) contrarily server effusive and attentive.

Basic utilitarian furniture and decor, booth frame and benches tilting unlevel. Low occupancy restroom as restaurant employee literally occupied / locked in most of visit duration preventing several customers from use.

But could be your joint!

Tried Flamme Burger for the first time today, and wow—I’m glad we stumbled on it! My wife and I were hungry and craving burgers, so we pulled up the GPS, saw this spot, and decided to give it a shot. We walked in around 3PM and got seated right away.

The menu had so many fun options—lots of ways to customize your burger—and even some great drink choices (I was happy to see they serve cider, definitely trying that next time). I went with the wagyu burger loaded with mushrooms, onions, and bacon, and my wife got the bacon cheddar. Both were winners.

The fries were next-level good. They don’t automatically come with your meal, which makes sense once you try them because they deserve to stand on their own. We ordered the finger fries and the sweet potato fries—both amazing. And the house-made sauces were such a nice touch. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving.

All in all, a great meal and a place we’ll for sure be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a solid burger!

Visited around 3 on a weekday. It was slow and food came out fast. Great food, ordered the basics to start. Indoor seating area reminded me more of cafe style. Would probably order to go next time.

Burgers had a good flavor, pretzels were exceptional but would order with less butter sauce next time, it kind of drowed out the pretzel flavor. Ordered regular sodas. Fries were similar to Five Guys.

Would definitely order again and try the specialty burgers next time.

My boyfriend and I visited here last Friday while visiting Indianapolis. We both got burgers of course and the pretzels for the appetizer. Our appetizer ended up coming after our meal was brought out to us so, that played a part in the rating. It is on the pricer side, but we saw the menu online before coming so we were aware of that. The fry servings are HUGE so there wasn’t really a need for us to both order fries because we didn’t end up finishing them.

Overall good, would come back!

My son turned 17 and decided he wanted to celebrate his birthday at this award winning local burger spot with his sister and I.

It’s a Friday night and their advertised hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 am until 9 pm with Friday and Saturday closing at 10 pm. We decided to go at 9 fully expecting the dining room to be open since the hours are clearly posted and we arrived an hour before closing. To my surprise, we walked in and someone who I’m assuming is the manager looks our way and says to the hostess that they’re only doing takeout. He clearly made that decision as we walked in. The dining room was empty except one couple who hadn’t received their food yet. I could understand if it were 30 mins before, but an hour means you should just close at 9 pm everyday. A couple walked in minutes after us and were also given this information, but decided to leave instead of order. I did, however, order for my son since I opted out and he was looking forward to eating here.

This was not how I expected to celebrate my son’s birthday but was forced to even though they had roughly eight people “working” and were unable to accommodate three. This really left a feeling of disdain that I can’t shake. I have no desire to patronize this establishment in the future as I was not welcomed during business hours this time. Hopefully this is a learning experience and they’ll choose to service done in customer within reason.

Business lunch with a colleague. Only 3-4 other people at tables for lunch at 11:30am on a Monday. Quick and good service. Great smell of wood fire cooking. Had the Indy Burger and fries which were great. Would go back again.

Great burgers and champions for best burgers in Indy. I had the Truffle Burger. The truffle and onion mix with avocado was slammin’! If you like burgers this is a go to spot. Lots of extra options for buns and toppings. Full bar and sports channels for customers. Kiddos to the wait staff on Friday. They were fast and efficient. There was zero wait at the door. The owner even stopped by our table. We ordered 2 entrees with a side of Queso Fries and drink for under $50. It’s a great deal for a Friday on the town.

Our visit to Flamme Burger Keystone was delightful. The Flamme Fries (Fresh Hand-Cut French Fries) were absolutely delicious, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Bacon Cheddar Burger paired with sweet potato fries. I can confidently say the sweet potato fries were a hit with both of us! The service was excellent—quick, attentive, and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

The only downside was the condition of the booths, tables, and flooring, which seemed a bit worn and could use an update. A refresh of the interior would definitely enhance the overall ambiance. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our meal, will be back, and would recommend many visits to others!
