Love this place! It’s the best in town! They’ve got loaded cheesecake and snow cones, and a ton of other stuff. I wish I could post a photo of this loaded reeses cheesecake It’s amazing. They take pride in the service and you should definitely come check them out!

This has been by far the best shaved ice/ snow cone I’ve ever had, the syrup was so good not overly sweet, they got my daughters order wrong but we didn’t notice until we saw the pictures of the menu and it wasn’t it. Other than that the customer service was good, if they could interact more it would honesty be 5 stars, they are kind but just needing a little bit more of interaction. They have tables and chairs to sit outside and they have activities for kiddos. Small games, chalk and they have a hot scotch! We definitely will give them another try, bring appetite because there is lots to choose from.

My recent experience at the Waxahachie location was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the interaction at the window set a negative tone. The staff member appeared impatient and rushed us to place our order, despite it being our first visit since the location opened.
Unfortunately, we also couldn’t help but notice a disparity in the level of service compared to other customers, which felt prejudiced and disheartening.
When we received our snow cones, the quality was underwhelming. They contained more ice than flavor, and the add-ons we paid extra for were poorly portioned. One snow cone with gummy worms included only four pieces placed on top. It was so overwhelmingly sour that my significant other couldn’t finish it and had to order a different one altogether. Another snow cone, which was supposed to include ice cream, had barely any ice cream or flavor at all.
Overall, the product and service both fell far below expectations. If it were possible to give zero stars, this location would unfortunately deserve that rating.

Our family loves coming here all summer long. We always grab the reusable cup every year for each of us. I have to say it really did shrink those year from last year. It’s definitely not the middle child size cup anymore. We all still have last year’s cups so we noticed. Great options for everyone.

I went yesterday, in Midlothian, and people ahead of me and after were served with American flags with their shaved ice. But myself and two other people of brown color were not given American flags. Didn’t realize that Americans were just white. Taking my business somewhere else.
I wasn’t the lady who asked about the flag I was a customer after her. And yes the customers before got flags. I was standing right there when she placed them in his yellow snow cone cup and whatever white snow cone he ordered. But it’s ok like I said taking my business somewhere else. It was the girl at the window placing the flags in not the one to the side making it.

My daughter and I went to try the pickle lemonade and pickle salad. Both were great, but the service was awful. The young lady that took our oder was rude. I would’ve understand if they were busy and she was running around, but there was no one there for her to have such a bad attitude.

I’d say this is one of the first snow cones I’ve really enjoyed. The pineapple upside down snow cone was really tasty, especially with the chunks of pineapple. Watch out though they use cherries with pits. The magical unicorn was cute and definitely tasted of bubble gum.
The atmosphere is fitting and fun but cleanliness is an issue. The three tables were very visibly dirty and the kids picnic tables as well. It’s worth going to but maybe bring something to clean up the sitting area yourself, I don’t think the teens working bother.

Me and my friends went to the snowcone stand today after swimming we ordered a strawberry cheesecake tropical kool aid pickles and a boat of hot Cheetos and cheese there was a overwhelmingly amount of customers but the 2 workers in there got our orders down and got our snacks out in a fast time compared to what I thought it would take. the guy at the window was really nice and took his time helping us decide what to get from the menu because there is such a big variety ! The guy was really busy at the window so the girl brought out treats witch was really nice of her overall the visit was a 10/10
