This place is pretty good. Like A hidden gem. I ordered Shrimp fried rice , vegetable egg foo young , and general tso chicken and five wings and fries. Everything was really good but my only complaint is that the shrimp fried rice only had 2 shrimp in it . So Most likely I won’t order that again. Overall service is good . The guy on the phone when I called did kind of rush me off the phone. But the good heavily outweighs the bad . I ‘ll definitely be ordering here many times from now.

Cashier is extremely disrespectful. I placed my order online and was told what time to come pick up. When I got there the lady was watching movies on her phone and said she didn’t get a notification that I placed my order online. She was very hesitant to make my food and raised her voice at me to ask if I wanted the food still. This is not the first time she has delayed to prepare my order. I then asked for a discount or anything to suffice and she got very angry and said she can only give me 0.50 cents.. I said okay. She rushed and prepared my food that was packed with oil. Be aware that the lady is rude, she is always watching movies on her phone, very unprofessional, the kitchen is dirty. Please be aware of these things before allowing someone to prepare your food for you. People are doing bad things now and days with people’s food.

Extremely unprofessional EVERY TIME & I repeat EVERY SINGLE TIME we order food it is never ready. The lady at the front who is always on her phone argues with us over the order not being placed until she goes back to check then sees the order. You would think after this repeatedly happening they would be apologetic NO NO NO NOT IN HER VOCAB. Instead she yelled at me after asking for compensation having to wait an extra 20-30 for them to start working on the order every time I come in. I get home and she barely added fries to my order and chicken was the smallest thing I’ve seen. Not sure why it’s so hard to work on orders on time when they never have customers every time I’ve gone in.

I purchased egg roll,crab sticks ,and a crab stick meal got home and the crab sticks fell apart. They were not cooked. It was like they were paste or mince meat took it back and for what she gave us for the replacement, I would never eat from this place ever again

Whoever taking orders over the phone, need to be replaced. I’ve eaten from this place since it opened in the shopping center. But after the guy left almost 2 years ago, the customer service over the phone sucks. You try ordering food, they have to put you on hold for one minute. That’s after every dish. She makes it very difficult to order. And this happened on multiple occasions. Sorry but I have to part ways with this place.

The lady that answers the phone is rude and abrasive. The older gentleman is very nice and friendly. The food takes way too long so call before you go. Their garlic wings are my favorite, their fried chicken is always crunchy and well seasoned. After my latest run in with the woman there I’ve decided not to return. I mean the food is good, I haven’t had any bad orders, but Jesus that woman is the worst.
