Food is always good but the man with tattoos on his arms at the front is extremely rude and obviously lacks customer service experience. Nothing mayor happened but it was the way he responded to my question in a nasty demeanor. I went up 20 min before 10 not knowing they weren’t open yet & asked how long before the chicken was ready, he responded in a plain rude way stating they weren’t open until 10 which is fine it was the way it was stated. I left and came back at around 10:02 he looked at me and waited a little before walking up to me I asked if I could get 2 birds & yet again asked me to give him some time because they weren’t open yet, so which was it? He was obviously just annoyed because I was back to buy I’m guessing? I’ve never experienced anyone else working here at heb to be like that but he was pretty shitty. This happened today on 9/8

Kasey Really takes pride on her job. I really loved her service. She took her time and making my stuffed potatoes. She made sure that every bit of meat was in my baked potato, very fast and efficient. She did an outstanding job. I will definitely come back again.

Horrible! Don’t waste your money. Waited in line for 10 minutes and the rude lady dumped a bunch of skin of the chicken my bowl. I paid for chicken fajita and she gave me all skin. There is abour 1 ounce of chicken in my bowl. HEB do better! It was good when it first opened but the past 2 times have been horrible. I won’t give it another try. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would.

Let’s get to the business, the chicken, the bowls, the plates is banging. On Tuesdays they have a discount on the bowls and the chicken plate thing is like 599. With the chicken balls attend to get the chicken bowl with beans as my base no rice chicken and the chipotle lime sauce is out of this world you got to try it with the chipotle lime sauce they have a creamy one and the regular one at tend to stick with the regular one. The price is a real good, so if you’re trying to stay in budget the flaming bird is the place to go.

We thought we’d give this place a try since it’s in our local HEB. Worst customer service and we won’t ever be back (not that they’ll care). We went at 6pm (they advertise they’re open till 8) and there was no chicken left except for a couple of quarters. No mashed potatoes, no guac, and the chips & queso we received is a joke considering the cost. $3.99 for a serving of stale chips that come in a box that’s the size of a burger box from McDonald’s! With very little COLD queso. Since they didn’t have chicken we settled on a single beef fajita bowl. The price of the fajita bowl didn’t match the price shown online. Apparently they weigh the meat first. That’s fine, if it’s advertised that way, but it’s not and that lead to questions on our part. We weren’t rude, we just wanted to know how it was priced. The employee acted as though we were a bother and their response was completely rude and dismissive. Absolutely horrible experience. As I said, we won’t ever try to order here again.
