I had a fantastic experience at Flamin’ Thai & Sushi Northeast! The fried rice, wontons, and fried chicken were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was really nice and quiet, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend bringing an appetite when you visit, as the portions are generous. The pepper steak was a standout—perfectly seasoned and packed with deep, savory flavor. I was also blown away by the sushi; the fish was incredibly fresh and the roll literally melted in my mouth. To top it off, their craft cocktail menu is creative and refined, and the mango sticky rice was the perfect sweet finish to the meal. I personally had the delightful experience to have Henry wait on us and he made the visit to Flamin’ Thai an amazing experience, highly recommend!

We visited Saturday evening, we utilized paid street parking and we were seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t busy.
Khloe was a good server, checking in with us and giving us updates on our food while we waited.
We started off with the baked mussels, they were so delicious I really enjoyed the sauces on top. The lychee connection was dangerously good, with the right balance of sweetness and alcohol.
I really did not like the wait In between getting our drinks, our appetizer or our entree which was about 10-20 mins. My husband got his food before I got my sushi another ten minutes later.
However, although our wait times were significant because the sushi chefs were behind the food was delicious. The sushi and sashimi combo comes with a great variety of fresh fish. Some even had a little wasabi underneath. The pepper steak also had the right amount of spice and sweetness.
I would recommend visiting here but heads up you may wait awhile.

Came here with my friend for the first time! We ordered the Catfish Curry and Firecracker Roll; both were very delicious and finished it happily. Service was great and the staff were very nice and attentive. Would definitely stop by again in the future!

Absolutely incredible Thai food, 10/10!! We had the Tom Yum soup, the crispy pork dish, The pad, Thai, and the red curry and all were so flavorful and left us very satisfied. We also tried a couple specialty sushi rolls, and the one that stuck out was the Viking roll, wow! The cream cheese wontons are also stuffed to the brim and never disappoint. The atmosphere is delightful with pretty mural artwork and good photo ops! And the great service rounds it out. Can’t wait to come back

Flamin’ Thai has definitely become one of my favorites in the Twin Cities for delicious Thai cuisine. The food is delicious and the service is extremely friendly and attentive. The vibe there is relaxed and comfortable. This time I opted for the crispy egg rolls, which were definitely a tasty starter. I often play it safe and order pad Thai, which is always yummy, but decided to try the Thai Duck Curry, which is listed as a patron favorite. I can definitely see why. The duck was juicy and perfectly crispy, and the red curry with bell peppers served with it was well spiced and creamy. My server at the bar was friendly and engaging, even sharing a Thai phrase regarding my love of spicy food that translated to “If it’s not spicy, it’s not good”. I live by these words so I appreciated him sharing. The owner stopped by to check how my meal was and because of my love of spice, offered to show me his fresh grown chilis he uses. What an excellent meal. I know I’ll be back again for that duck again soon!

No Halal meat options but the Red Curry Tofu was the best ive ever tried. The coconut curry they use is so creamy and full of flavor. It’s a must try. I didnt get a picture of it but trust me on this one.
