Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. The portions get smaller and smaller and I’m now only able to receive 2 free choices of sauce which are about half way. I’m not getting charged less so I don’t expect less.

Stay far away from this place. They are slow as hell. Like seriously, for a bowl of chicken and rice! It should not take 20 minutes! Staff is slow and rude. Chicken taste like cardboardand is dry. This Flame Broiler straight up sucks!

This is the remake. I asked for all white chicken with brown rice n veggies but got all black chicken instead. I live like 15 mins away but went back cuz it was legit all burned tasted like smoke. The first time they know they burned it and threw some away cuz the bowl had like super little chicken. didn’t do anything about it. The 2nd time still came out some black chicken. I think I’m gonna go to Chipotle now instead. The girl and the manager are nice but the chefs need to stop burning the chicken. Vegetables were super soggy from too much boiling too. Also there were no veggies and it seemed like they mixed up the veggies from the previous bowl instead of making it all over lol. I get i came late but thats unprofessional ! I come here everyday and don’t expect Starbucks customer service but I don’t think I will be back lol

This was a terrible experience. There was a woman in her 40s with heavy makeup. She served me when I was picking up my food. I waited there for more than 30 minutes but she didn’t serve me. She kept walking around eating and ignored me. All the people who came to order food after me took their food and left. I was still waiting. In the end, I waited for 40 minutes. It was really terrible and a rubbish waiter.

This is the only Flame Broiler with a drive-thru. I find it very convenient, as I don’t have to stop and get out of the car. I just order, get the food and go. Excellent brown rice steak bulgogi with veggies. Always put on the bulgogi sauce. The red sauce is also very good. Friendly staff, too!

I think they cooked a tumor or cyst and served it because I got a weird tasting lump of who knows what…I ordered 2 plates half chicken and half meat…go to Mos instead way better than here………yuck…..
