Got the family meal which advertises that you get 4-6 meals. I BARELY got 3 full meals. Would have been cheaper for me to pay for 3 bowls. Then I asked the lady in the front if I could get 4 to go containers to package the meals in and she said no. So stingy! Never eating here again

Definitely one of the best flame broilers out there. Came here ordered a combo and wow! You can definitely tell the ingredients are super fresh the chicken was juicy the steak was perfectly cooked and they didn’t undercook the rice. Every time I eat here everything is practically chef’s kiss good. As for the staff they’re super friendly and always very attentive I’ve been to other flame broilers in different parts of socal where the employees seem like they’re just there for a pay check and take no pride in their work they treat you like you’re at the DMV. (If you’re from LA you know what I mean) Here however, everyone is very friendly and when I bring my kids they even remember them by their names and greet us when we walk in. Not sure but this place might be family owned because everyone here is super nice. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back whenever I’m in the mood for some good old delicious flame broiler steak! 10/5 stars experience!!!

Very disappointed, I wanted to try korean burgogi and korean spice chicken, naaa. Not korean, it’s more like teriyaki sauce and the hot spice korean chicken , again naaa. Not korean spice. I am korean and I know my food. Most of all that, the girl who taking my order was very rude . I wont be going there again.

Every time I seem to get smaller rations, I go here at least five times a week because it’s close by, I thought about just going to a different location instead and not say anything but my last purchase today was about 25% empty so I figured to finally leave a review. Poor service no doubt.

I got smaller sizes than what I ordered and paid for. I ordered a 32oz fountain drink to share and they sent a 16 oz small bottle. Not what I paid for. I paid for more sauce. Also didn’t get it. They’re just stealing money from people

Disappointed… That’s the only word that comes to mind. I used to eat at a flame broiler regularly many years ago, but they closed down that location since they weren’t getting enough business. I probably have not eaten at a flame broiler for about 13 or 14 years, so I was very excited when I saw this on my way to have Thai food. I decided to have flame broiler instead, because I used to love their food. I got a chicken plate, and the chicken was so burned I had to keep taking pieces off and putting them aside because they were simply inedible. The ones that I did end up eating were so bitter, that I had to keep spitting out again and again. I thought about taking the food back and asking for the chicken to be remade but we all know that should be the very last option (who knows what they do to your food in the kitchen when you send it back). On top of that, the chicken was cold the second I picked up the food, so clearly it was not made fresh. This is the last time I’m going to eat at flame broiler. With a couple of dollars more I could’ve had great Thai food but instead I wasted that money and I’m leaving completely unsatisfied.
