Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

This is the friendliest, most service-oriented fast food place in the city. The workers are so much kinder than at any other chain/franchise, and better at creating a welcoming and appetizing environment than any other Flame Broiler location. Sometimes I don’t even have to recite my very unique order with special requests. They have never messed up my food and they have never been anything less than pleasant. Special thanks to Steven and Patricia.
Flame Broiler as a brand is not going to knock your socks off with exciting flavors; I doubt that’s why anyone eats here. But their food, if you tailor it correctly, is nutrient dense and delicious.

I like the simplicity of their food. Meat, veggies, and rice. I can make it as saucy or spicy as I want or just have it plain. And it is all in a convenient bow. It is consistently good and nice size portions, not too big or small.

This is my go to restaurant but yesterday I encountered a problem and I was not happy about the way they responded. I ordered 3 chicken bowls with white rice and veggies. When I got home I received 3 chicken bowls with only veggies. I called them and they offered to replace the bowls which is great except for the fact that I didn’t have time to drive back to the restaurant. They offered to give me a 1 bowl next time I come in. I found that unreasonable as all 3 orders were not made correctly. I just won’t be coming back to this location.

This store has the worst costumer service. My chicken was super dry and I asked for rice and only got veggies and dry chicken also didn’t close the lid properly and spilled all over my car.
I tried calling to explain to them they got my order wrong, never apologize and told me to call Monday to speak to the manager. I called Monday and it took me for ever to get a hold of them and when I finally did they hung up. I called again and left two messages and they never returned my call so I had my boyfriend call and they told them that they weren’t able to do anything about it. I will never come back to this location. Safe your money and choose another location because this place sucks.

Great food and quick service! The facilities themselves are a bit run down, but not too terribly. There’s some outdoor seating as well. The bowls are filling and simple and the sauce here is delicious. A great place to grab a bite to eat.
Wouldn’t recommend using their chopsticks though – they are the cheap wooden kind that splinter very easily. So I’d just play it safe and use a plastic fork, so as not to risk a splinter in your mouth!

I like the idea of coming in and getting some hot good tasting fast food that you feel good about eating. This place is one of my favorite fast stops for lunch. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I come here on a regular basis and always enjoy the food. Highly recommend

Had an issue with the lady at the cash register i always get veggies on the side in a separate bowl nd she was giving me a hard time every other flame broiler i go to doesnt have a problem but this one does . food is good but the customer service is bad. Also i noticed she gave me very little meat and rice when i usually get a good amount. Not satisfied with this place at all !

This location only gives you 1 Hot Sauce or 2 Magic Sauces per bowl. They charge an additional ¢30 for each sauce. If you enjoy your bowls saucy and spicy like me, then it’s about to get real expensive at this specific Flame Broiler. Additionally they often don’t answer their phones.
