This is for message is for the management of this place .Paid for half and half bowls only got chicken. The lady that served us was so rude after,I told her I asked for no veggies. I don’t know her name but she was serving the 11:00 am shift on 06/24/20 I don’t have the luxury of going back due that I was on my lunch break. This is stealing, place was slow she completely knew what she was doing. I hope management can do something about this. I have been coming here for years and never had a problem till now.

Arrived 30 mins before closing (9:00p). Out of beef, tofu vegetables – only chicken and rice. Watched 5 different people walk in and then walk out when then found out they didn’t have all menu items. I mean really, you have 5 items on your menu and you’re out of 3. Like In-N-Out saying “sorry, we only have fries and shakes tonight”. Maybe they just didn’t feel like cooking more for our group since they were breaking things down. On a Friday night, you’d hope they would be more prepared. It wasn’t very clean either…bathroom atrocious. Chicken was okay. Very disappointed.

The food here is pretty good, it’s cheap and it’s fast so I guess you could say that this is good, fast food. This is my go to place when I need a quick chicken bowl. People that work here seem to rotate out quite a bit but everybody seems pretty nice. I mean at the end of the day it is cheap chicken and cheap steak but I think it’s pretty good.

This flame broiler is out of control it was my family go to until now… I walked in with my husband because he said the last time he went in alone one of the Hispanic male workers made him feel uncomfortable by insisting he knew him and attempted to flirt with him. I didn’t believe it until I walked in yesterday with my family and the male Hispanic guy was taking my order and practically drooling over my husband. It was very disrespectful and disturbing and now we all feel uncomfortable . This is how businesses get targeted. I’m not happy about what I had to experience. I will never go there again nor will my friends and family. For the owner you need to train your employees to focus on their customer service in a professional manner.

Until today this Was my go-to Flame broiler in the area. I usually go in after pulling an all-nighter. So I usually look a little shabby. Today as usual I ordered my food and ate outside. After finishing my meal in 30min I went to the bathroom. A few minutes later someone tried to open the door. The door was locked so I didn’t say anything. Then the door was forced opened. I saw one the female employees standing there looking at me on the toilet seat, she snickered and closed rhe door. A minute later the door gets knocked on again. By then I could tell they were trying to rush me out. It was obvious they thought this was a homeless issue. As a left the bathroom I opened the door to an empty restaurant and the security guard waiting. It’s was crystal clear by then. When I asked to speak to the woman in charge she tried childishly to avoid a conversation until I pressed the issue. She made excuse rhe door auto locks. Which was completely false from my experiences there prior. She made insincere apology. And I just walked out mid sentence. From the treatment to her demeanor. She made me feel like I was not the kind of customer that should be there.

This is my go-to fast food on super busy days. I like the 1/2 and 1/2 with white rice. I’ve also tried the veggie one and the white meat chicken one. They’re all good. Service is friendly and fast and healthier than other fast food choices.

Have you ever Order something so simple and when you picked it up it was completely the wrong thing? I can blame myself for not checking my order while I was there, but I was sort of kind of in a hurry.. My question is do the employees who answer the phone here at Flame Broiler really Listen or are they just to overwhelmed by the amount of business that’s coming through the doors? Not sure but I spoke to the lady who answered the phone and had to repeat myself multiple times and my order was super duper simple. I said three mixed chicken and beef bowls no veggies with white rice. Didn’t think that was to hard to understand. But she repeated my order and said, Yeah Ok, three chicken bowls brown rice. I said no, three mixed chicken and beef no veggies white rice. And she said it again. I had to ask her if she was listening to me and she responded yes. I asked her to repeat my order and she said three chicken bowls with steak and white rice.. I get there and pay for my meal take it to work sit down, and what do I find? Chicken brown rice and veggies..
I called this evening to ask for the manager and the lady who answered said huh? The manager is not here, I asked when will she be in? She said I don’t know try in the morning. I said here’s my number and the lady either could not understand what I was saying or she was not entirely equipped to be answering phones at this establishment because it took her 5 different tries and 3 minutes to get it right.. come in Flame Broiler you couldn’t hire someone who can at least understand English or Numbers for that matter.. wow.. very disappointed with what use to be my favorite quick bite to eat.. definitely dropped down on my list of good places to grub.. sorry but had to write this I was sooooo mad.. so here is your review flame broiler get it right next time.. we will see if the manager calls me tomorrow..

I really like that the food is always fresh and hot here. Service is quick and it’s a pretty good place to pick up a healthy meal for just under $10.
I particularly enjoy the beef bowl with white rice no veggie. Or when I’m feeling wild I get it mixed 50/50 with chicken.

Absolutely the worse experience! They don’t even get one star. After waiting 20 minutes for the bowl they made the wrong bowl. Then they wanted to charge me more for their mistake. Obviously I wanted my money back and wasted my short lunch time. No apologies, or I’m sorry we got your order wrong just an insincere “have a nice day.”. Really? This is not the first bad experience at this location but it will certainly be the last. I will never try to eat here again. Will be relaying this experience to corporate.
